I do not really eat ice-cream,m. My son chose only two flavours for the four as he was afraid that the flavours will mix. It melted really fast, but the vanilla was really great. You can spot the vanilla pods in the ice-cream.

I appreciated the staff's patience. I visited the stall multiple times before making a purchase of two large assorted chocolate gift boxes. The staff remained courteous and helpful throughout, which is exactly how sales interactions should be. I chose not to download the app for membership due to app overload, and instead suggested they offer mobile number registration.

I'm so happy with my purchase, the staff Rachel & Hui Yin were so friendly to assist me. Love the chocolates! They introduced me new chocolates to try :) Highly recommended!

I feel the service is the worst one. Seems they are smiling at you buy actually I can felt the disrespect and impatience.
Maybe we are not eating the Venchi ice cream all the time so we are not familiar with what cup should get how many flavors but can you at least explain a little bit with patient?
Flavor wise 70%seems more sweet than before and here a new flavor Rose-roseberry instead rose berry flavor which was one of our favorite.
The hazelnut flavor is great, recommend. Oh, they have 3 kinds of hazelnut if you don’t know that just a heads up because they may not have the patient to explain it to you.

The ice cream taste great BUT it melt way toooooo fast. Less than 5 mins my hazelnut and pitaschio ice cream was already dripping. I wasn’t even out of the mall. The service staff expected that and therefore she gave me a plastic bowl to hold the ice cream but the experience wasn’t great. Didn’t recall the one I had in MBS melt that fast.

One of the best gelatos around.
I would highly recommend the hazelnut and pistachio. And superb service from the staff.
I came by the branch at Takashimaya and even though it’s a Friday, there was no queue at Venchi, thankfully. The queue at Venchi in takashimaya is usually very long.
The staff was really friendly and allowed me to try any flavor I wanted. I ordered the medium cup and I could choose a medley of 3 flavors. The hazelnut was really heavenly and creamy, The pistachio could stand itself well against the hazelnut, and the strawberry and choc chip was the right sour flavor to compliment with the pistachio n hazelnut flavors.
I will always recommend Venchi for your gelato cravings!

Singapore’s best ice cream! Absolutely delicious, creamy and satisfying! My personal favorite is the Pistachio…. But a tad pricey compared to McDonald’s Sundae.
