My main purpose to comment is about the service. This is my first time tried to order the ice cream at Takashimaya branch. And I dont know that we just order the size and order flavor of ice cream later. My sister and me stands in front of the counter to order and no staff taking our order, until my sister said that “Excuse me, can we order?” The staffs are busy packing somethings behind the counter which there 3 staffs but no one takes care at the cashier counter. However, the staff name “Kim” who move at the cashier counter, just ask us what we want and just scold to us that “you must order the size first and then order ice cream later, i wont care what ice cream you want, just tell the next staff for the flavour”. I dont know what she is angry since we just try to order. This is my bad experience to order the ice cream in this branch. And I hope that my comment should be a factor to improve the services. I dont comment anyth about the ice cream since it is good as it is.

Kim was very helpful and knowledgable. She introduced us to try a few dark chocolates which me and my friends love! We ended up buying her recommendation. Well done, we will come back again.
