Reached out to UEA to enquire about FDW services. As a first-time employer, I’m happy with the service at Universal Employment Agency. They matched me with a wonderful helper whom I’ve had for two years now, and I’m planning to renew with her. The agency has been very helpful and guided me smoothly through all the necessary processes. I would recommend them to others. The only thing is to make sure to ask more questions during interviews and also to the agency especially for first time employers, they can help to clarify doubts.

Experienced excellent service from Universal Employment Agency from the point of selection for a foreign maid to hiring and onboarding. Agent also called me, the employer and the maid to check in regularly. This is great to protect the interest of both the employer and maid. The agent continue to provide service for renewal as it has been almost 2 years. Thanks the staff of the agent.

I signed with UEA (through a referral) 4 years ago. Our helper signed through them is a Gem and has renewed her contract w us (renewal also through UEA). There was a time my helper has to return to her home country for emergency matters, UEA has been very helpful and assisted us in arranging her return. With no knowledge on other countries regulations and paperwork, their help is really important and we needed to help our helper return asap. Now, we are also currently engaging UEA’s help on her latest renewal (yes, she’s signing another 2 years with us).
