Signed up and loved the service by the Chinese lady (Mei Li). She deserves recognition. However service by other staff is getting worse. The recent hire doesn't speak clearly, doesn't seem like she knows what she is doing and even gave me a wrong promo previously. Way to break trust with customers. I hope the manager will train and hire better.

Regina has been consistent in their quality and service. The staffs are friendly, dedicated and show great care for customers. There is service integrity, no pushy sales. I like to commend the professionalism and meticulous skills of Emily, which is always done with utmost comfort and gives a peace of mind.

Recommended my 3 daughters to Regina @313 after my great experience. I'm impressed with the results and pleased with the service from Carmen, one of the staff, who has been Regina for years. She's really nice and does a great job!

Have been with Regina for more than five years! I get my KPL treatment here and the results have been great! Only doing my maintenance now. The therapists are always friendly and meticulous too!

Good reviews here are incentivised, please read with a pinch of salt. Results for hair removal was slow (it took up to 20 sessions) as compared to other IPL services. Lady in ivory ‘Chanel’ jacket would space your sessions up to months, which is ridiculous. Promotions are to lure you in for more hard selling, which is typical.

Every visit at the 313 outlet is a very pleasant experience. The staff is accommodating even though I just walk in without appointment. They are attentive to the needs of customers and do not hard sell. Greatly appreciate the good service.

I have been with Regina for more than 10 years and results have been good! Now only need to go back for maintenance for underarm! Service has always been warm and hospitable!

Dishonest company. Was not clearly informed beforehand that the unlimited SHR had a mandatory > 8-12 weeks in between each session. Thought it was a guideline as other places unlimited really means unlimited frequency. They lure u in with promotions and “unlimited shr” only to find out u can only do shr once every 2-3 months which means less effective results. Results were slow as compared to my previous SHR place. Frequent hard selling: eg. top up for whitening services or to do SHR for other body parts

The staff was very professional. They took their time to thoroughly explain the procedure and also checked if we may have any issues (eg medical conditions) that may cause issues. The whole process was very quick, would recommend.
