I have been to Regina since their outlet at Suntec city. After that they opened a new outlet at 313 and is more convenient for me. Their customer service is good and they are very friendly. Emily was a very nice and caring, she will keep on checking on me if I'm alright. Thank you Emily. Highly recommended to those have trouble on hair removal. Their service is good!

I have been a regular customer of Regina since 2013 before they moved to 313. Excellent service provided by the staffs at 313 outlet, always felt welcomed whenever i visit. They wasn’t pushy nor hard selling makes you feel comfortable to return. And of course the results are obvious and great too!

I've been with a loyal customer of Regina for a long time. I did underarm and upper lip laser hair removal plus facial with them. Annie were superb in her services done to me. Carmen also did some services to me and were great. Thanh was the one who did the facial for me today it was very good service since Annie is on leave. Highly recommended :)

Had been doing my hair removal with Regina since about a year ago and I love their services over here! Can definitely see results after a few sessions! The staff @313 are so friendly and well trained, and plus point is that there's no hard selling for the treatments as well :) The ambience is very calming and I always enjoy every session cause it's so soothing. Could not catch the names of the staff but thank you all!
