Excellent service by Fifi when I visited the store this evening to buy Ignite sandals. She was super warm, friendly, attentive and a good listener, taking initiative to ask what I was really looking for and affirming my purchase decisions. She also wasn’t too pushy and was very supportive throughout, explaining the storewide discount and membership benefits, and making me feel welcomed to the store. She is truly an exemplary store staff and a shining star in Under Armour Paragon 🤩 Thank you Fifi for the wonderful service!!

Excellent service by both people working on 3 august 2024, around 740pm who promoted their UA app which helped us redeem a discount, and points. The lady and man both gave us informations about the product, and were very enthusiastic. They also gave us a free gift bag after having noticed we were buying items as a gift.

The two male service staff are really nice and accommodating! Under Armor is already great with the products but the service at this outlet is really top notch!

Both sales persons Agnes and William are patient, attentive and friendly. They know their products well and give good advice. Overall impressive experience. Full of positive energy.

Very poor experience for customer service and product. Within 1 day stitches from the jacket started coming off. Terrible experience with Tax Free claim. Harassment for tourist. Staff not well trained at all.
