Ordered the basic unagi don and it's already good enough The place is great for quick dine and go

My family ate zaru soba with tonkansu n it was very scrumptious. The authentic soba had just the right texture, not too tough and not too chewy. The pork tonkatsu was perfect as it was not only tender but the Breaded skin was also very crispy.5 stars!!! 😃😃🤤🤤🤤

Service wise: Clearly very understaffed with just one guy serving during peak hour (6pm-ish on a weekend). They really need to relook the staffing, the whole time I was eating there, at least 3 families left because they took so long to seat them. Also it looks like they’re connected with Tampopo to the side, since people coming from the connecting door could order from the Tampopo menu but if you entered from Unazen, you’re not allowed to. Food wise. I tried the Kurobuta Tsute Udon and it was quite nice, besides the fact that it was SERIOUSLY salty.

Dropped by for a quick lunch. Good unagi, one set is quite filling.

They forget my hot green tea. And I did not want to even remind them. Until the bill reflected the item and I show them that the item was not served to me the void the item on my bill. Overall to say the food is good but maybe short-staffed and over look
