Bad experience with the patient Laison lady, Amanda. Not only did she not honour replying message on time, she would not relay important messages that have been directed to Dr Soo. Only to be greeted with unfriendly argument and also insistence on her point of views without any willingness to consult Dr Soo to clarify issues. Usually clinic staff would respectfully relay messages to docs and there would be phone calls to resolve issues but not this clinic. Bad experience for me.

Not enough good things can be said about Dr John Soo. He has helped improve not only my personal health, but those of family members and many I know. As a GP, he sees your whole person, not just in part. He does not only diagnose your symptoms, but goes to the bottom of why you are suffering from a medical issue.
His support staff have shown tremendous improvement for all of their hard work. The follow-up this practice provides is beyond any clinic I have come across. Thank you!

Their front desk service are so poor and not well trained…irresponsible…please do not book any appointments through phone call!!!! Is a nightmare!!!!
