As a World Traveller, I have been searching high & low for the past 2 years buying from at least 4 brands of luggage from Planet Traveller and have never been satisfied with any of it. I had to keep selling them off at Carousell.
Today, I can tell you that TUMI is one of most beautiful brand one can find in Singapore. I feel so fortunate to discover it recently. I made a mistake of thinking they have “Manly” looking backpack. So I brought a brand new Briggs & Riley travel work backpack few weeks ago. Until I saw that grey backpack today. It was truly “Love at first sight”. It’s so feminine and stylish even for a young lady.
Their design is incredibly unique and beautiful. I can’t stop staring at them now. It comes with free multi-colour name initials engraving. By the way, they do provide free “Same Day” delivery and Mabel even WhatsApp me to make sure I received them— Undoubtedly a top notch service! Thank you Mabel & team for your excellent & patient service! 🤩
P.S I wasted at least half the cost of my current new travel set buying from other premium brands. I wish I had discovered TUMI first!

Visited the Tumi Ion Orchard flagship store, and was served by Mabel. Service was professional yet warm, with good product knowledge as well. Was also ushered into the VIP room which had beautiful displays of Tumi products as well as autographed Tottenham Hotspur memorabilia. Also had a good chat with Adan & Hirzi, and knowing I am a life long Spurs fan, they offered to share photos & videos of the exclusive event held a few days back. Also got the very last piece of hand signed postcard by Son Heung Min which made my purchase even more special! Sincerely appreciate the kind gesture and great service rendered. Will be back again in the near future. Thank you.

Had a great shopping experience in Tumi with Eden. A very upfront and helpful Tumi staff who went out of his way to serve us and even showed us the greatest Tumi experience. We will strongly encourage anyone who is shopping for travel items to visit Tumi, ION and ask for Eden.

I’ve been using TUMI for over 30+ years and the reason I continue to be loyal to the brand is their level of customer service. There was a brief moment a few years back when I considered switching to Rimowa and all it took was contacting the Rimowa store on Orchard and immediately realised the level of customer service was not there at all. I called the ION TUMI store and the service was and continues to be impeccable. Today I purchased my fourth 19 Degree Aluminium piece to complete the full set and again the service was spot on as always. Wee Li and Liz are exceptional when it comes to service and attention to detail. Thank you for paying close attention to who you put in your stores as they represent the TUMI brand. Excellent work! It was my first time visiting ION TUMI, and the experience was ruined by the staff’s cold attitude (LIZ) No smile, no help, just silence and judgmental look. Truly disappointing.
From the moment I entered, she seemed disinterested and dismissive. I had to wait for 20 mins before she could serve me. When I asked questions about the differences between two bags, her responses were curt and unhelpful, as if I was inconveniencing her. She made no effort to explain features or offer alternatives. At one point, she even walked away mid-conversation without excusing herself. I ended up purchasing the navigation bagpack for myself and wanted to do engravement. Throughout the engraving process, she did not even explain to me anything about the colors and fonts available and just stayed quiet. I felt like I was the SA instead. To make things worse, her body language throughout the interaction was cold and closed off. No smile, no courtesy, and frankly, no professionalism. I stood there feeling unwelcome, unimportant, and frankly a bit embarrassed that I had expected a better experience.
For a premium brand like TUMI, I expected a much higher standard of customer care. I left the store feeling unvalued as a customer. Would not return for sure!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT LIZ!!

I bought the Alpha Garment 2 yrs ago and yesterday I wanted to buy another Alpha to match. I was served by Annie at Ion Tumi; good service, explained well and was v patience. I bought the Tumi McLaren instead. Loving it.

Visited the ION store for repairing 4 suitcases. The store is a delight to visit especially the exclusives section which is a very nice private space to view new arrivals. Eden the Brand Ambassador was super helpful. He repaired one of my bags on the spot and registered the other 3 bags for workshop repairs. I didn't need to carry any documents or anything else. He was extremely courteous, offering us to sit down comfortably while waiting.for the repairs to be done. This kind of service makes me come back to Tumi every time. Great job Eden and Team Tumi. Keep it up.

I bought a luggage in the US and unfortunately a wheel came off somehow. I called repaired and they directed me to this store. I came with a lot of anger tbh, but Eden, the store manager, really went all out his way to help me out on getting the best solution so that it won’t affect my travel plans. I am very pleased with and appreciated of his great attitude and effectiveness. I would come back for more Tumi products in this store just because of this! Love it!
