Excellent customer service from Sweet! Had bought a Tumi backpack from an outlet store, and had come to ION to get it monogrammed. Both name plate and luggage tag done perfectly, and when she learnt it was a gift, she provided a proper dust bag, gift box and gift card without hesitation.

Was looking for a backpack and Liz attended to me at the Tumi Orchard Ion boutique. Her warm smile set the tone for her impeccable service. I took a really long time deciding but she is always patient and attentive and also strikes the balance between being helpful but yet giving me space. Thank you so much for everything!
