Came on Sunday and bought some toys, standard experience. Came back on Monday and bought another toy. Was surprise that i had to tie the box myself. Was presented with a ball of raffia string, i asked again if the staff could assist to tie for me, quote the staff "i would not tie for you". Hence i did tie it up myself, and actually used more than i should, i think. Good place to get a toy and lots (can get a whole ball) of free raffia string if u need

Congratulations on Toys”R”Us Paragon successful reopening.. Amazing store with plenty of toys displays.. Our family visited today with plans to pick up one of your reopening specials.. In the end, my daughter got not 1 but 2 Peppa Pig playsets.. We had enquired about another playset which had 2 different pricings.. Was pleasantly surprise when your staff suggested it’s your store’s responsibility to honour the lower price shown.. 🎄Christmas came 2x for my daughter today 🎄 A big thank you to all of you at the store 🙏🙏

(Swift is just my nickname, if you reply me I’m Sapphira.) Recently on last Thursday I went there and check if they still have Beyblades in stock before Beyblade X SG release. An random lady heard my conversation with my grandma and my godmom and she rudely yelled have to wait until November. I told her many times I know and yet in the end she touched me telling me to move in a weird manner, she didn’t even bother to ask me if she can touch me or not. Even yelled at me saying “Because I’m Malay and you Chinese is it?” in a rude manner, people should be nicer to customers and respect their own personal opinions, I went to Takashimaya instead and I was so damn disappointed.

Tried calling the number listed on Google to see if a particular Barbie was available... NO ONE answered despite me calling several times during the day. The cashier i got was at least nice, and allowed me to quickly grab another Barbie while i was paying up as i didn't want to queue a second time.
