I was at Toys“R”Us Paragon with my family last weekend, looking for toys for my daughter and son. Two staff members, Amin and Mahfuz, were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our visit. They took the time to understand what my kids liked and helped us find the perfect toys. Their professionalism, patience, and cheerful attitude made our shopping experience enjoyable.

very peaceful there to shop. occasionally have a lot of kids but they tend to stay at rhe indoor play area. plenty stocks but not as big as vivo.

I think most things here can be bought on Lazada for cheaper now. While I still appreciate the brick and mortar store experience, it feels a bit like shopping in ma ma dian where toys are generally low quality and dated. They still have the racing driver from like 40 years ago lol
The interesting thing is they carry this Play Pop brand which is basically a knock off of Hasbro (which they also carry). So you have “line up 4” instead of “connect 4”, “harbour battle” instead of “battleships”, “mouse crash” instead of “mouse trap”, “tumbling tower” instead of “jenga”… good challenge to see how many you can recognize ;)

First time at this toys r us and while I appreciate that there are Christmas wrapping services available, the wrapping staff did not do a good job wrapping. In fact all the wrapping/alignment was slanted considering it was a normal shaped box…. Maybe there’s some room for improvement??

I wasn’t satisfied with my experience at Paragon (10 Nov 2024 - around 3pm). Many items had no prices displayed and the cashiers seemed disinterested in helping us find out the prices. I also felt rushed during checkout, with no effort to make the experience more pleasant. I hope the service improves next time.

Been here a couple of times for birthday gift shopping but it’s the first time we had such great service from the staff here. Special shoutout to Bernice who was super kind and patient. She went above and beyond when we needed to wrap an irregular shaped toy by offering to show and teach us how it could be done! Wow, talk about great service! She was really kind and did so with a smile! We also had a payment issue with a gift card but she was incredibly patient and didn’t rush us. Really made our experience here an enjoyable one. Thank you!

Removed the gift wrapping service and then when I tried to wrap it myself quickly, because I was on the way to a children’s party, I was told that customers are not allowed to do it in the store and to stand outside to wrap the present. I just spent 300 and it will be the last 300 there for a while as I will shop elsewhere for Christmas.
