Would like to compliment Izat for assisting me to get the last piece of bag strap available. He was so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

First time buying a Tory Burch bag. Had a pleasant experience in the shop. Was served by Eugene who gave an excellent service. He was genuinely nice and patient with impeccable manners.

Ridiculous service. Kept claiming last piece from bag to shoes. Came down couple of time over the last few months, sales assistant not helpful at all.

Of all the brands I shop, Tory Burch SG has the absolute worst service. Ever since the nightmare incident at MBS in 2021 where staff basically ignored us, was too lazy to find new stock and just stood around chatting, customer service took a plunge ever since. Over the course of 1 year+, no one from Tory Burch has ever 1) replied Whatsapp 2) picked up the phone 3) answered email 4) greeted me when I walk in. In my latest visit, it looks like 90% of the team are way too young, inexperienced, timid, and chatting amongst themselves when I walked in. No one greeted me or offered help until I was about to walk out the door. Plus, I asked in an email about the sale they put up on the Tory Burch SG website but no one replied so I made my way down and there was no sale. Ridiculous especially for the prices they’re asking for. An absolute shame - beautiful designs but the operations in SG are truly worse than local SME.

Do you know what makes a bad shopping experience? A salesperson with horrible attitude. Went to the shop on 22 Nov 2019 at around 6.30 pm to find a canvas backpack. Approached a sales assistant who was idle at that point of time to ask about it. Without smile, he just pointed at a row of badly displayed flowery backpack. Without asking me which type I was looking for, he just walked back to stand at his original spot. What's worse? He was chewing gum and did not open his mouth to speak at all. Just point to the rack like a mute. It was a horrendous experience. Dear sales assistant, if you are reading this, you know who you are. If you don't like your job, you can quit. Don't make customers feel like they have owed you something with that face and attitude.
