Mr Devon here, Wen Hao and Joanne Bong are legit the kindest staff in here, until the point i did stay for 30 minute after my purchase. It breaks 5 stars and it deserves more. Recommended to my friends and everyone to come here! Thank you Wen Hao and Joanne Bong for being the friendliest and kindest staffs. I hope to see you both again REALLY SOON!!

Good selection of socks - usually there is a discount compared to the Tommy Hilfiger outlets. Trade off is it's a takashimaya department store outlet - so refunds in takashimaya credits.

Great service and friendly staff at Tommy Hilfiger ION, esp Wan Ying who served us twice on a busy Thursday and Sunday evening. A few items we wanted were out of stock but Wan Ying helped to bring the items herself to another outlet nearer to where we stay, so that it's more convenient for us to collect. And even though it was a peak sales period, all the staff were extremely helpful. Happy with our purchase. Thank you everyone for the excellent service, esp to Wan Ying 😊

Visited Tommy Hilfiger Ion on 16 August. Would like to extend a huge thank you to their Fashion Associate, Wen Hao, for his exceptional service during our visit there. He went above and beyond to answer our queries, and helped us find the stock for what we wanted to buy when we identified defects with the item before we left the store His exceptional service is highly commendable

Went in to the store to look for some shoes and wanted to try since I’ve never worn Tommy’s shoes before. Was served by Wan Ying? She was attentive and asked for my needs when I was browsing a little lost. Am grateful. She also helped with registering for the membership and I’m glad that she’s not pushy. Would love to come again to get other pieces 🤍

Good to visit the store after long and shop around for some stuff at a good bargain. Staff is friendly and helpful who are willing to help. Some items were running out of sizes even they were not on any discounts. A good place to shop for some new arrivals as well as seasonal discounted items. Plan your visit on weekdays as weekends could be crowded especially for the changing rooms.

I'm delighted to share my experience with Tommy Hilfiger at Ion Orchard. The level of customer service received from the staff, Wan Ying was truly exceptional. From the moment I reached out, she was friendly, professional and eager to assist. She went above and beyond to ensure all my questions was answered promptly and with great attention to detail. It's rare to find such caring and attentive service these days, and I really appreciated it. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this store to others! She truly set the standard for excellence service.

Wan Ying was extremely helpful today. It was a busy Saturday and she apologised for the delay in attending to me, helping me check on product availability and gift wrapping my purchase. Her customer service is beyond excellent. Thank you Wan Ying.

Rarely seen a so poor organisation. 30 minutes to reach the cashier although the shop is empty. Customers cannot use the fitting rooms, have to try on in the shop. Worst experience in a shop in Singapore.

I went down today Boxing Day because I received a RED Loyalty Membership' email say that there's further 15% discount for $300 purchase. The middle-aged chinese lady told me every store has a display saying this extra 15% discount is only for above $400. I showed her my email which clearly states $300. She pretended to check with the management but later insisted it is the newsletter mistake. So please don't sign up for their newsletter, since they only email you attractive discounts that are different when you visit in-store. After showing them the actual email, she just rudely insist it's the newsletter mistake. If it is really a mistake, just honour it. Feel very bad to be treated like this as a RED Loyalty Member. Tommy Hilfiger is no different from Giordano or Bossini. Is it only TH ION so low-class ?
