Was thinking of getting a polo t for my dad for father's Day. Greeted by this friendly, helpful staff call Terrance. He was genuine, intro me some of the item and share w me how I could pick a better fit size. Nex time when I want to get anything I will think of visiting the outlet since the shopping experience was pleasant :) keep up with good service :)

The Chinese lady, she claimed herself as Ah Ying(阿英) was really rude when serving customer. I chose few items to buy but in the end only buy one as I had promised the other guy to get 1 and let him enjoy the discount, otherwise I will not buy a single item! To the top management, pls train your staff properly otherwise you will lose sales.

Went in to check if there are any sizes for the jeans , size 30 is the largest. No plus sizes is it ? Erm ok btw their customer service also not that great need to buck up. No welcome greetings , didn't serve us properly. Feels not welcome also.

Really poor customer service. I purchased an item that was not the right size according to the packaging. When I came back to exchange the product the store manager Kevin was so unhelpful and after 1 hour we were still not able to sort the issue.

Visited ION Tommy Hilfiger today and I was served by a rude staff who is seen to be about 166 cm in height, uses spectacles and is about baby boomer demographic lol. I enquired him regarding a top I saw online and he immediately replied me in a lazy disgusted tone. He could have said nicely that this design is not available in Singapore but had to add on that only ladies uses (I'm a guy and fashion is versatile) (get your fashion in check bruhh).
Next, I saw a polo tee I was interested in the store and was keen to purchase it. BUT, the guy mentioned that this polo tee is not suitable for me. A customer who is willing to purchase BUT he judges my purchasing power based on how I look or even dress.
It is very common for high end retail staff to be fake, ignorant and snobbish. This event has made me very disappointed. Will I ever patronize this store? Until only their staffs get their attitude checked.
Note to a front line staff : treat people with respect and dignity. No matter what age, race or gender. Have a commitment to serve customers with pride. Tommy Hilfiger, re evaluate your staffs :)
