Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory operates at ION Orchard B4-05 (phone: 8799 3551), bringing the Japanese brand's cheese-focused confections to Singapore since its establishment in Japan in 2011. The shop specializes in cheese cookies made with premium ingredients sourced from Japan and international suppliers, combining quality Hokkaido milk with gourmet cheeses.
Signature products include Salt & Camembert cookies and Singapore-exclusive Salted Caramel & Mascarpone varieties, plus Honey Gorgonzola cookies made with Spanish Rosemary honey and Italian blue cheese, and Porcini Gouda cookies featuring Italian porcini mushrooms. Beyond cookies, the menu offers milk cheesecake, soft-serve ice cream served in handmade vintage cheddar cheese cones, and freshly-baked milk pies with mascarpone cheese fillings.
The cheese cookies balance sweet and savory flavor profiles through careful ingredient selection and preparation techniques. The ION location pairs with LeTAO, another Japanese confectionery brand, sharing retail space to showcase both brands' premium baked goods and desserts. Phone inquiries and online ordering for delivery or pickup are available.

Visited on a Monday afternoon and it was not that crowded.
The soft serve was creamy and fragrant. Biscuit topping available for add on.
Cones were available for limited quantity daily
Some high tables available at the end of the food court for you to consume the soft serve

ordered the standard milk one (forgot it’s name) pretty consistent and milky love how it’s not so sweet and you can taste the milk formula nicely! will definitely pop by again 🍦

Their cheese twist ice cream is delightfully cheesy without being overwhelming, and the milk adds a refreshing aftertaste. Pair it with their cheese cookies (just an extra $1) and you've got a superb combo!

Happened to walk past and was attracted by the ice cream. Decided to try the popular sundae with a piece of cheese cake and cookie.
You can choose milk ice cream , cheese or twist which is both. I would suggest the twist so you can try both flavors. The cheese side can be a bit strong after a few mouths for me. So it was good to balance off with some milk flavor.
It would have been better if the cheesecake wasn’t so frozen. Easier to eat. But I guess it’s hard to put it if it wasn’t frozen. Sad that the cheese flakes from the cheesecake fell to the ground … maybe the way the cake is displayed should be improved so the cheese flakes aren’t wasted. The cookie was pretty good too.
On the whole I enjoyed this treat. At $9.80 it’s not cheap but quality is not bad. Just have to find some place to stand and eat without causing a mess.
There’s not much service or atmosphere since it’s just a kiosk in ion food basement. Just order, pay and they give you the ordered item in a few minutes. Efficient and quick.

Got the sundae so I would be able to try all their signature products. It came with the cheesecake, Camembert cheese cookie and soft serve ice cream. For the soft serve I chose the twist so I would be able to try both the milk and cheese flavour. Soft serve was definitely a winner for me, so milky and the cheese was creamy without being overpowering. The cheesecake was a little too frozen and dense for my liking. It was difficult to cut through it with the plastic spork so that reduced the enjoyment a little.
Overall it is good and if in the vicinity I would get it again.
