Usual coffee taste of toastbox. Service was not bad though. However, there is really limited seating and the corner of the shop has slow internet connection. Probably because it’s not quite compact. But maybe its also my carrier issue. Not really sure. So if you are planning to kind of do your work there and need an internet connection, I highly suggest not seating in the corner.

Tables are uncleaned! Terrible. Staff probably has no time to cope. Lots of coffee stains on tables. Flimsy stools. Cut my rating for food as coffee is way below standard!

Visit 1: The place is comfy, spacious but the two ladies are very slow in serving. Perhaps they need one more person to serve. The wait to get to the order point is super long, about 20 minutes at least in the early morning around 9am. I ordered less C coz I find Toastbox Coffee C too milky. I think they added more water instead, the coffee C turned out super diluted. Not acceptable😦. I reordered Coffee C Gow (meaning thick) without saying less C, it turned out fine😅. The peanut toast does not have enough peanut butter. Should have been more generous with the spread. Visit 2: oh dear… I shouldn’t have returned to this place. Just saw my previous review. The peanut butter thick toast I had today is more thickly coated than previously but they have reduced the amount of crunchy peanut butter. Its no longer crunchy with so few crushed peanuts. Will not return for breakfast in future. Not recommended for peanut butter thick toast.

Worst Toast Box ever by far. Very slow. Many menu items were unavailable without any indication, only informed upon ordering after queueing for so long. No quality control, teh was so diluted with hardly any taste. Very bad. Only saving grace was the auntie who was proactively clearing used utensils from table to table

Strategically located next to the Centrepoint Orchard road underpass and the Centrepoint escalators, this Toast Box works well for a quick teh / kopi / toast bite in-between shopping. It doesn't have natural light as it's located in B1, but it has a decent amount of seating space.
