Foreign object in my ice lemon tea.
Went to return at the counter, called the staff who just gave me a stare and not coming forward to address my concern. She just grab my drink and spoon, dumped the spoon with foreign object back into cup, and put aside. Then she put together a new cup of drink quickly, i dont even get a chance to speak to her properly. No questions asked, and exchange - a plus point. But more interactions and service recovery is important. She said "sorry", so what more can i expect? Lolx

I cannot remember ever posting a 1 star review but today, this Toast Box food and service was horrible.
1. Coffee arrived with floaters, God knows what they were but when I asked what they were the server tipped it out and said, "wait 10 mins - I'll make a new batch"
2. Ordered kaya toast set. After one bite I thought it strange that there was no kaya, simple mistake maybe but, Toast Box mgmt - quality control.
For the last 10 years have frequented Both Toast Box and Killany Kopitian .... I won't come back to this location.

Staff told us it would take 20 minutes for my kaya toast and egg to be prepared. Even after half an hour, the eggs were not done when asked. No sense of urgency and service is really slow.. Update : Waited for 40 minutes and egg yolks turned out to be overcooked.. 😃

We were trying toast box for the first time, and I was really looking forward to trying their kaya toast. Besides trying a few different versions, we also had their chicken curry roti, which was really good. The chicken curry, however, was one of our favorites. This is the perfect place for coffee and an original kayo toast that was sweet and buttery, which I would return to again and again.

As expected tasty toastbox standard. Love the potatoes in the curry chicken noodle. (probably more a laksa). Ordering at the till took a while, but food came super quick.

We enjoyed the Singaporean breakfast at Toast Box. This place is small with limited seating and reasonably priced budget wise. The coffee, kaya toast, peanut butter, and butter toast are simply delicious. We enjoyed whatever we ordered for breakfast. I would really recommend people to try out this place. Overall, we enjoyed the food and Kopi!

On 17 December, I visited Toast Box at The Centrepoint for breakfast. While my friend was queuing to order, my cousin and I looked at some bee hoon and mee siam boxes as we intended to buy two.
A female staff member spoke to us very rudely and loudly in Mandarin, saying we were not allowed to look or touch the items. There were no signs indicating this. Her attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant, and it left us feeling disrespected.
I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve staff service standards.

Dined at Toast Box (The Centrepoint) quite a number of times. Will normally take the seats outside as I noticed my clothes stank badly every time I sit inside.
But bad thing about sitting outside is that there is no aircon, it was really stuffy and warm. Apart from that, experiences were good.

It has been about 2 years since I dined there and was so disappointed today as a regular customer.. I used to love their mee siam but today was such a terrible experience. It tasted so bad. The sauce is different from before and strange taste. I tried to eat all as I don’t like waste food but just couldn't swallow anymore. It’s not crowded at all and I feedback to the staff but he can’t be bothered. Worst mee siam I have tasted and shall boycott this cafe.
