we decided to stop by this super cute and aesthetic shop! they had a wide variety of products including albums, photocards, stickers, pc holders and even a photo booth! we decided to shop for some stickers (which they had an INCREDIBLE range of). the staff were very friendly and quick too! we would definitely recommend stopping by here for a picture with your friend or sticker shopping!

Will echo what other reviewers have shared here. Visited the store and asked if they had aniteez merch and the bespectacled staff said rather rudely, "which member?" It's clear that she didn't want me looking through all the merch and only let me see specific members' merch that I had to ask for. The other staff member (with long hair) was very kind and patient. If not for her, I wouldn't have bought anything. Seeing that this is a common issue of concern across many reviews, I hope that the staff member would take some of the comments here for consideration because customers' comfort really does matter.

Well stocked but for a store that’s opened in orchard, they probably shouldn’t explicitly state that they’ll be passing on the 3% credit card fees to the customer… distasteful experience at the till.

Not sure who’s in charge of the hiring process here, but you might want to relook some of your employees. (Especially the chubby one with glasses) Looking at the reviews, I’m not the only one that’s had an unpleasant experience because of her. Please, if you want to work here at least treat your customers with respect. Customer service here is horrible, you’re better off at other kpop outlets like Suntec City or Plaza Sing.

Had to drop a review because I was genuinely appalled by one of the staffs (apparently the manager with spectacles, judging by other reviews?) behaviour just now as I was at the counter making payment. There was an uncle who was simply curious about what the store was selling and she was full on ignoring him + rudely telling him off that they don’t sell what he was looking for in the store. He proceeded to ask where 313 mall is and in the craziest rudest tone ever (gagged me ngl!!), she replied “Go down walk straight”. Like wow thanks for the very clear instructions! Uncle did not hear it for the first time so she raised her voice several times saying the same four words. Also not a single eye contact or acknowledgement for uncle during this entire interaction. He was honestly really nice enough to thank her and left the store. Anyways, I hope you guys work on your customer service? It is SO bare minimum (actually super basic human decency) to help out someone who isn’t familiar with your store/directory. This incident made me not want to shop in your store anymore and I know it won’t make any difference, but I really think you need to look into training your staff better and actually work on your customers feedback. I don’t even write reviews but this incident changed my impression of this store, I really liked the affordability compared to other Kpop shops and I even decided to get my lightstick there. The other staff that helped me check if the lightstick is working was nice too (hence additional star).
