staff were rude, unfriendly and kept annoyingly eyeing everyone in the store. bought a whole stack of pcs from the counter by showing the cashier the pictures and cashier took one of the pcs wrongly. after i paid i told the staff one was wrong but none of them were apologetic and just said “you never check first”. didn’t expect any exchange or refund but at the very least an apology. there was a long queue and hence didn’t have time to check the whole stack of pcs and trusted that they knew what they were selling and taking. don’t recommend.

didn’t mange to buy anything here cause the staff will be staring at u the whole time. there was like a pc section and i was js trying to see
pcs they have but the staff kept staring at me intensively which prompted me to leave the shop, was about to buy a few albums but decided to go to a different shop instead. it wasn’t even that bad until one staff approached the pc section i was at after i finished seeing and she had to keep moving the things there like i messed everything up like what did i do?? and once when i was going to pay for my albums, i was still walking around the store to see if there was anything else that has my interest but i went a little to close to the shop’s door which caused the alarm to go off and i apologised to the staff but they still responded rudely and they said i couldn’t go to the other section of the shop anymore?? anyways, the shop has a variety of kpop merch there, its js the problem with the staff so i wouldn’t recommend this shop if its ur first time :’)

I recently went to the store last month and bought something. However, today (31 August 2024)
when I was checking my bank transactions, I found out that $21.63 was deducted from my bank account by Things I Luv past 8pm even though the store closes at 8pm. Looking to resolve this immediately and have called my bank about this. Please be careful when going to this store!!!

Horrible experience in this shop. My friend and I used the PhotoBooth and we deposited $10 inside the booth. It was our first time coming to the shop and we did not know that you had to press some options on the screen before inserting the cash? Because we forgot to select an option, our $10 was gone just like that. The staff was insistent on no refund being given.
What angers me is why the $10 cannot be refunded. Yes, we did make a mistake of not selecting the option but the store is eventually going to collect the $10 in revenue, right? After all, the machine is located in the STORE and labelled with the store’s branding. You’re telling me you can’t refund it to us with the money in the cash register?
Also, if the store is aware that its machine has such onerous functions (accepting cash without refunds if certain buttons are not pressed), it should at least station a staff at the machine area. Or, it should have a POP UP WINDOW on the machine screen itself stating “insert cash FIRST. No refund”. In our case, there was no one to inform us of the machines onerous terms before we went in.
While there were small written signs stating the instructions, I believe these signs are not sufficient notice given how onerous the terms are. Perhaps the store can look up on the legality of incorporation of terms through notices. Their signs definitely lack the required extent of “notice”.
Hope they can be more responsible in their business dealings especially for such unfair terms

hi BOB i would like to feedback that i saw afew times one of the staff is scolding other worker rudely, so I thought ok they might did something wrong but at least can talk nicely and properly right? People makes mistakes is not like she wont make any mistakes, also the way she scolded them or should i said rudely communicate with them is like she's very big, let me tell u because of people like her many people really hate to go to work cause of the behaviour and this is not the first time i see her mistreating others or like scolding people rudely i can tell some of the staff there are quite young and also If u cant work well with them then why expect them to work well with u or for u?
The more she act like this the more people dont wan to work for BOB as i see ur insta yall still hiring do u ever wonder why people leave ur side so quickly? And also i have been passing by the shop few months ago, so i see it big and clear that yall always have different staff

My go to album shop :) it sells stickers and kpop albums and also has a photo booth. there is also a lucky draw that changed theme once in a while. There are also toploaders, sleeves and lightsticks.somr albums with slight flaws (eg. a dent) will have a discount (eg. 10% discount). there are so many different types of albums ranging from solo, group and even ost albums.the place is so organized so it's very easy to find things. They also sell old albums and unpopular groups. They also have reasonable pricing. On top of that the shop is so pretty and aesthetic and the staff were so friendly and will help you out if u need it. 100% recommend this :)))💫

Went here on 7 Nov afternoon! The female teenager staff at the counter was very kind and friendly unlike the previous staff! I had a wayyyy better experience than my previous visits and im glad to be able to patronise a shop selling kpop stuff without rude staff like the other shops

Good place to buy albums had a lot of options and pulled my ULT bias from 1 album, staff looked at me while unboxing but I didn't mind since I thought I was reacting concerning as I pulled my bias 😂😅 the price wasn't bad as well and thought it was considered good for kpop albums! Will definitely go again …
