Love this restaurant and conveniently located just in front of escalator leading up to Level 2 from the street. Serve contemporary menu. Ideal place to have a coffee, light bites or full meal. Ambience good for gathering or to chill. They occupied various shoplots across a corridor. Have outdoor seating (partially sheltered) as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant thanks to Miss Hailey’s outstanding service. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us warmly and made sure we felt welcome. Throughout the meal, she was attentive without being intrusive, checking in at just the right moments.
Miss Hailey was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure any special requests were handled smoothly. Her friendly attitude and genuine care really elevated our dining experience.

recently visited The Providore and had a really pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and inviting — perfect for a relaxed brunch or casual meeting. The café has a clean, modern aesthetic with plenty of natural light and a calm vibe that makes it easy to unwind.
The food was fresh and beautifully presented. I ordered the all-day breakfast and a flat white, both of which were delicious. The ingredients tasted high-quality and thoughtfully sourced, which really fits with Providore’s focus on artisanal and wholesome dining. The coffee was smooth and well-balanced — definitely one of the better cups I’ve had in a café setting.
Service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Staff were quick to clear tables and check in occasionally, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Prices are on the slightly higher side, but given the quality, it feels justified.

Coffee was good however the sandwich had so much butter I wanted to throw up. They buttered thick slabs on both sides making my stomach really upset afterwards I couldn’t stomach it. Waiter didn’t even help or anything when told and didn’t even get water until after the meal.

The Dutch Baby Pancake was a unique item off the menu. The fluffy pancake was served with Parma Ham which paired well.
The cheese fries were a delight. The squid ink aioli was a special condiment which went well with the shoestring fries.
A nice cafe to spend an afternoon in.

Their menu offers a thoughtful variety, from fresh-baked pastries and hearty brunch plates to lighter options for those just looking for a quick bite. I picked up a croissant, a warm chai, and a loaf of sourdough bread to go, and everything was delicious — the croissant was buttery and flaky, the chai had the perfect balance of spice and sweetness, and the sourdough was baked beautifully with that satisfying tang.
It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back and explore more of the menu. A wonderful little gem for anyone who loves good food in a pleasant setting.

The cocktails here are pretty good overall, one of them was a bit overly sweet, but the weekday promo (2 for $20) is definitely a nice deal. The atmosphere is just okay, nothing too memorable.
Service could use improvement. It was a bit slow, and the staff felt quite neutral and not very warm. The waitress seemed a little lost and overall came across as cold and uninterested, which made the experience feel a bit less than great.
There’s potential, especially with the drink promos, but the service and vibe need some polishing.

The foods are wonderful especially chicken with roasted chestnut and butter prawn with clam skillet , enjoy the atmosphere with friends and seating arrangement at the restaurant just nice for friend gathering. Service crew Eezy was helpful and friend, he also recommend us to try their beef ribs when visiting next time

The mala wings were amazingly good and so are the pizzas. There’s one for one on drinks and a little complicated to order though service staff will assist and make it a breeze. Coconut latte cake is refreshingly different and I would order that again. Food is awesome if you are looking for cafe dining option. Came on Wed evening and it was quiet .
