Just had such an outstanding customer service experience with Devi at Planet Traveller Paragon, that I have to write in! I have been trying to clarify a policy regarding the VIP membership for a couple months. I called the store several times but each time those who answered on the phone were not able to help answer my question. I tried emailing the company but have not received a reply. Finally I went to the store, and Devi was so patient and so very kind and willing to help us! She persevered and found the right people to ask and then made sure our issue was resolved! She even told me to follow up with her if the problem was not solved by the next day, and she would help us again! And the problem is solved! We are so happy and so impressed we are now going to buy multiple pieces of very expensive luggage instead of just 1!🤩 I hope she will receive a commission because she truly deserves it!

Barry Duncan was very helpful. He noticed I carried too many things, and offered a shopping basket. Gave me some good product recommendations, and opened a new register when he saw the queue getting long and slow. He did it all with a smile on his face. Great guy.

I was serve by Nigel who patiently introduce to me the benefits of the sttoke tumble as a new customer . Plus a great staff of Lemon who helps to check if there any stock of the other stuffs that I wanted. I’m glad that I make myself to go down to paragon Planet Traveller today straight after work. The staffs here all are so helpful and patience included the cashier Devi and Hani. You have great staffs here that have great customer services. Two thumbs up but then sad i end up being so happy that i purchase extra stuffs here. Definitely will be back here for shopping again ◡̈
