I bought the items showed for a promo, ‘buy 3 items get 20% discount’. It went well and 2 male staff that helped me are great. Although the price is quite demanding for this type of items, the quality is good and I got free engraving for the bottle flask and the slim wallet. Overall good experience

Ordered 3 items online at their website. After a few days later, they delivered 1 item and said another item no stock and gave refund. Waited for almost 2 weeks for 3 rd item but later quietly refunded despite saying they had stock at a branch. This is not the first time as their inventory system is really bad and cause a lot incovenience to customers who look forward to their order delivery.

I would like to compliment Cecilia for her excellent customer service.
I bought an inflatable travel pillow from the shop, and realised it was defective (air leaking out) after I discarded the receipt.
I decided to try my luck and returned to the shop to exchange the item.
I was pleasantly surprised by the flexibility of the shop and Cecilia in acceding to my request.
Cecilia even went out of her way and let me try other brands of neck pillow and offered advice to help me find the suitable product.

A large, nice & bright store with great travel range & pleasant experience for those who are looking for something for the trip & have an explorer lifestyle. The store has many product & brand ranges, useful gadgets big & small plus accessories - and if unsure what you need at the moment, the staff are available & very helpful.
They specialize in luggage bags, but they have also a large selection of hiking backpacks in different sizes. Super nice staff with good knowledge of the products & easy to approach for questions.
The prices are not the cheapest, but it’s good quality & great variety in the range. There’s something for everyone.
Tip, if you are a member of Krisflyer PPS, you get a 10% discount on the entire store range. Good exchange policy as well.

Disappointing visit we had with team at the Paragon outlet today. The sales assistant who assisted us lacked knowledge of the product and provided us with incorrect information on the stocks available. Honestly i have had a much better experience at other outlets, with more knowledgeable staff.
This is the second experience i have had with this outlet where the price tags stated on the product is incorrect and we were only told at checkout. We got a sales assistant to run checks on the pricing and checked on the product, even then it was not corrected. Only till we brought the item to the checkout were we told that we were mislead by the tag.
The service recovery could have been improved with the staff seemingly unapologetic for the mistake made and came across dismissive which did leave a bad taste in my mouth.
With boarding gate and planet traveller extensive range of travel offerings, I would sincerely hope for the team to be more equipped in product knowledge to guide and recommend products so as to provide a more wholesome experience.

If you are looking for a store that carries a huge selection of items for your travelling needs... This is the only store you need to visit. Located in the Paragon Mall along Orchard Rd. Been around all the malls in the area but nothing beats this store in terms of variety and brand. They also have a lifestyle section for all sorts of gadgets which I was able to purchase a few items. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Transaction was such a breeze and I would visit it several times during my stay in Singapore. Check it out.
