Was here to celebrate a dear friend’s birthday. We were arranged to seat at the external area of the restaurant, where it’s a little open. The table felt small for 3 people but we were okay. Food was good and service was okay.
Visited on 15 May 2025 via Chope reservation for party of 3 and realized despite attended and dined at the outlet as per reservation, I was marked as no-show and resulted in the loss of Chope points. I only notice this 2 months later and submitted appeal with Chope platform and it was rightfully rectified after submitted proof of the photos taken that evening.

We’ve had a wonderful experience being hosted by Anne. She is incredibly friendly and ensure we feel comfortable throughout our dining experience.
The food are generally good, with a great variety of options to choose from. Here is what we ordered:
Sweet potato fries - very genorous portion and would taste even better if it could stay crispy a little longer!
Pork ragu rigatoni (from the seasonal menu) - the ragu is very tasty, will be perfect if the pasta could soak up the sauce a little.
The gochujang chicken flatbread (from the seasonal menu) - it tasted more like kimchi chicken but it is interestingly yummy and the chicken in tender
Carrot cake - moist and delicious with the cream cheese frosting.
Latte - it was alright.
Overall, it’s been a delightful experience!

Food taste was so so but the portion were small especially the burger and cod fish. Salad was refreshing.
Staff was very friendly , warm and attentive. Kudos to Anne for saving the day! She was apologetic for the disappointing experience we had but her service won us over & she also did a good service recovery attempt.

I always enjoy the food here, especially the pasta and desserts. I recently tried the cheesecake, and it had the perfect balance of sweetness—absolutely loved it! A big shoutout to our server, Jennifer, who provided excellent service throughout our entire dining experience.🫶🥂

My very first time to dine at The Marmalade Pantry.. food is excellent.. had rib eye steak and the delicious new Lemon Raspberry cake which Judy and Jean recommended.
portion is huge.. really enjoyed every bite...customer service of Judy and Jean is second to none!!.. Highly recommended.

We spent a leisurely afternoon here, sipping on coffee after coffee and indulging in their delightful desserts. The cozy ambiance made it the perfect spot to unwind and chat for hours without feeling rushed. Every dessert we tried was a treat, and the coffee was consistently excellent.
If you're looking for a place with great food, a relaxing atmosphere, and service that truly stands out, The Marmalade Pantry is the place to be. We loved every moment and will definitely be back!

Needed a place to sit down at ION and decided to give this spot a try since they seemed to serve unique cakes. I ordered a hot chocolate and a slice of cake. The hot chocolate was just average, nothing special. The cake, however, was disappointing—the sponge was dry, and the cherry cream in the middle had an overwhelming taste with pudding-like texture that I just couldn’t enjoy. Sweetness is also off. The overall ambiance was nice, not too crowded, but don’t expect too much from the desserts.

Their service was not bad just that we felt kinda rushed probably because they were going to close already. The dessert were really good. Selection was a lot too.

I had an incredible experience! The service staff was absolutely amazing—so attentive and genuinely focused on making sure all our needs were met. Namely - Rose, Judy and Marcus
I’ll definitely be returning for their exceptional service.
As for the food and coffee, both were fantastic! Every bite was delicious, and the coffee was perfectly brewed. A truly delightful experience overall. Highly recommend!
