the best 50 minutes i had for the week! i rlly enjoyed the head spa especially the deep scalp cleanse and upper body massage. and i mean, $48 for a head spa in this economy?!?!?! the space is small though. despite not being hijabi/muslimah friendly, the staff was kind enough to offer to blowdry my hair in private, instead of the open space when passerbys can see. highly recommended! would like to try their bugis outlet next!

Deep cleansed my scalp and definitely a full head spa i knew i needed!!! Had a very long day past few days and this helps to unwind myself . Very well relaxing and the massage totally calms my body , ease my tiredness and stress away . Facial was also included , how amazing this whole 60mins process could ever be ??? My therapist was super gentle , i love her magical hands doing all she does best . I would go again for this pampering session on a self care day or even wld go for a girlie date hehe . Looking forward to visit again (:

I had a fantastic experience at this hair spa! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The massage was skillfully done, leaving me completely relaxed, and the overall service was top-notch. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of care and expertise provided. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great pampering session!

The masseuse kept using her nails to clean/massage my scalp throughout, and at one point the scratching was so painful that i had to tell her that it hurts. She used less force for a short while then continued scratching my entire head repeatedly with full strength, and this was especially during the last 10 minutes of the 50-minute ritual. A key rule in scalp care is to NOT use nails or anything too abrasive to clean your scalp. She also used a lot of force when drying my hair with a towel, she was yanking on my roots and it was so painful. My scalp was already sensitive from her scratching, so the pulling felt a lot more painful than one might think. She then used the towel to rub my hair together to dry it. Most people with long hair or any knowledge on haircare would know not to rub your hair with a towel because it causes friction and split ends. My hair is still tangled now because they also don't comb your hair prior to blowdrying. I know they don't do hair styling but isn't it basic to comb before drying? I also mentioned that my hair is curly but they just blow dried straight which caused my hair to look very limp and messy, so i will have to redo everything on my own after leaving. And I suppose they don't ensure consistency in their staff training because my friend enjoyed her experience with another masseuse, and they also helped her blow dry her curly hair properly. Hope there will be reinforced training for both hair washing and hair drying techniques. My scalp still feels sensitive from all the hard scratching by the masseuse. Really hope they will improve their technique.

Saw this on Tiktok (was previously named h99 and rebranded to the head spa) and decided to give it a try given the promo. First time trying a head spa service and it was such an amazing experience, it’s a lot more affordable compared to other head spas and such a nice way to relax after a long week. The head massages were really soothing and i felt my scalp being free from clogged oil after. Also really enjoyed the facial massage. The staff is also friendly and would take feedback on massage strength. Decided to sign a package after as i felt it was pretty worth, they weren’t pushy as well. Would reco 💯

First time trying a head spa and it was beyond expectations! After a long week, the scalp wash and massage were exactly what I needed to unwind. The head massages were deeply relaxing and it felt like all the tension in my head melted! The staff were so caring and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Left feeling lighter, refreshed, and totally recharged. Definitely coming back — highly recommend!

I booked the $65 one-hour hair spa/head spa. The therapist herself was good with a gentle touch, and the massage was nice overall, but the experience was let down by the ambience and finishing touches. The salon is one open unit with only curtains for partitions, so you can clearly hear everyone else’s treatments. It’s hard to relax with a face and head massage while someone nearby is having their hair blow-dried. On top of that, the atmosphere felt chaotic—staff were rushing around, talking loudly, and the overall vibe was more stressful than calming. The beds, linens, and basins also didn’t feel very clean, which made it difficult to fully relax. After the treatment, all the products were rinsed off, leaving my skin dry. No moisturizer or sunscreen was provided, which would have been a simple but important finishing step. When they dried my hair, there was no styling at all. I mentioned my hair was naturally curly, but they were drying it straight, and when I pointed it out, they just finger-curled it, leaving it frizzy and unkempt. I had to go home and restyle it myself. Overall, the treatment itself was decent, but the ambience, cleanliness, lack of aftercare, and poor hair drying made the experience underwhelming.

Had a very enjoyable experience at H99. I opted for the most expensive session at $65 which also comes with a facial massage. To be honest, I really enjoyed the facial massage more and felt very relaxed at the end of the session. It's very low frills, but the service is excellent and even though it's a shared space, I don't really feel that it's very noisy during my session. Would definitely book this experience again if I have the time to do so!

I never had a head spa before and my first experience here was AMAZING! I had Tina for this session and she has the most amazing skills. The way she massaged my head and my shoulders is so relaxing - made me feel like i was on cloud 9! Highly reccomend to come here (espc after work) and you'll be blown away! Thank you The Head Spa and Tina for the incredible service!!!
