I did my eyebrow nano micro-blading with Joey and Teacher Elle, and the whole experience was great. They were very patient during the consultation and took the time to explain each step clearly. The procedure was comfortable and didn’t hurt at all.

This was my first time trying OPT hair removal, so I was honestly really nervous and even a bit scared—especially because I’m a super ticklish person. But Serence and Khloe were amazing from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, guided me through each step, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
My armpits had quite a lot of hair, but after the treatment they looked so clean, smooth, and even visibly brighter. I was really surprised (in a good way!) by how well everything turned out.
The entire experience went so smoothly thanks to Serence and Khloe. I’m really happy I chose this place for my first treatment and would definitely recommend The eyebrow city.

Elle was very professional and although she ended work, she made sure my eyebrows were perfect. Did not force any sales on me and was making small talks between my eyebrow threading to make sure i wasnt in pain. Good job highly recommend her!

Few days ago my first visit in Eyebrow City, Joey who was at the counter, she's not pushy but friendly and clearly explained the eyebrows price in details.
Then Elle who's the Eyebrows master/Stylist also very smiley, trying to explain more in order to let me understand the process of eyebrow embroidery or so...

I did microblading last year Mar and also did a touch up in last Sep. This time i went again in Mar as well. The staff there are very friendly. Fanny did my brow all three times and it was like so natural and wow!! She is really super good. Joey is so helpful
When i wanted to change my appointment and also put in my requirements on how to do my brow . So accommodating. Good place to of you really care for your brpws!!

Excellent service! The technicians are skilled and detail-oriented. I highly recommend this place. Although the price is quite high (threading - $18), it’s worth every cent. The staff are kind and friendly. I had a great experience!
