Went for eyebrow threading and the attendant wouldn’t stop asking or commenting about facial hair irrelevant to the service requested. When I denied the upselling, she giggled in a mocking way. Not sure what prompted her to go out of her way to make me feel uncomfortable by asking about it three separate times. The threading itself was fine but the attitude was unnecessarily mean and projecting her own insecurities of facial hair (or lack of).

Chanced upon the shop randomly. Saw it was full! Checked on google with good reviews and decided to ask for price. Thankfully there was a cancellation and i was able to do my eyebrows embroidery. Thanks to Amy for explaining to me and checking for availability. Praises and shouting out to Elaine! She was a perfectionist, gleaming with joy after my brows were done. So glad i am able to do my brows and met an artist that is able to shape my brows to my liking.

Elle and Sandy are very knowledgeable of their products and provided excellent customer service. Every time I visit the shop, they make me feel comfortable and I came out feeling good about myself.

Joey and Elle helped my friend and eye thread our eyebrows. Elle was very caring towards my friend as it’s her first time and Joey provided excellent threading services, using a pencil to dictate where she would thread and why, before she started. When I asked if she could trim the front of my brows, she gave very good reasoning as to why not (my brows are too short and would result in very spaced out brows). She also helped me to put aloe vera gel on my upper lip after she saw my looking at it. Very professional! And on top of all that, no hard selling!! Perfect service, excellent clean and spacious store. Will definitely come again. $15 for threading and $8 for upper lip
