My daughter absolutely loved this store! The wooden toys are beautifully made, safe, and very child-friendly. A lovely place for quality toys — I highly recommend it!

Aloysius (Paragon) and Jonathan (Plaza Sing.) are exceptionally polite and friendly to their customers. This motivates me to keep returning to Better Toys Stores (both of these 2 outlets) for more Papo figurines to add to my collection. I am certain that other customers of Better Toys will concur with me! The staff at these 2 outlets are simply wonderful under the guidance of Aloysius and Jonathan!

My friend recommended this place - I really loved the toy collection.. much more oriented to growth & learning goals of kids. The staff - Aloysius, Mun and Shann were so helpful and kind.. they patiently walked me through the collection and explained each toy so well! Loved the store & my experience.

Lorraine and Muneera ran your shop magnificently. I have been coming to your shop as a member for over 10 yrs. These two couldn't be more professional, customer- focused, and they are well-versed with the games amd toys! A joy to visit!

Tons of great toys for kids. Love the focus on sustainable materials, really good mix of cultures in the toys and reflective of various non gendered interests. Well worth it!

The staff are either incompetent or untrained. The male staff stood in front of the steiff toys, and when I walked towards the toys to take a closer look, the staff begun to cross my direction to fix the toys. And when I asked for the price of the eagle (I will not purchase at that store even if I am going to buy because of that lousy attitude from the clueless staff), the staff proceeded to check for a long time, and I left the store (knew the price from the store front outside). Either retrain the clueless staff or fire them. They are a liability.
