Service polite but lacked training, did not match the restaurant ambiance.
Food extremely disappointing, eggs benedict was semi-hard-boiled, combination of flavours trying too hard to be premium, did not taste good at all.

Nice, went in for ☕️ and cake after lunch, hv a great seat facing the hall, Yuzi cake and Hazelnut Latte drink was nice, staff was very courteous too 👍

The menu is slightly different from other TCCs. Food is okay but presentation could have been slightly better. Beef cheeks were nice with portion slightly bigger than what was shown in the menu The truffle fries was good but some felt that it was on the saltier side. Service is good with staff being attentive. It could be that it's quiet and there were few customers in the cafe. A good place for catch up with friends with a wide array of teas and coffees. Used to love their desserts but prices like our fave 'Dark Devotion' have risen so much that we have made the choice to save our waistlines and pockets.

Love the ambience, a great place to chill. Surprisingly, the food is exceptionally good that’s why I went again. Love the cauliflower soup❤️
A number of healthy choices and that’s my priority. The rest are pretty good and quality surpassed the cost 👍🏻👍🏻 as compared to other similar cafes around this area. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Excellent service from sufian! He smiles a lot and is so accommodating and polite. Sridewi is also a nice manager. Will Def come back for their fantastic service. The croquettes were so sinfully good.

Even though she is quite busy, Ms. Samantha greets us with a warm smile and helps us set up the Special 59 High tea when we arrive after the scheduled High Tea time. Superb Assistance. The manager was quite kind and cheerful. It simply adds so much positivity and delicious flavor to my early dinner. Being a former restaurant owner, I always like getting to know upbeat and enthusiastic service employees.

This is my second visit here. Used to visit the outlet at Ion hence I'm glad to find this outlet at Takashimaya after Ion outlet closed. Food quality is very good. I'll usually order their signature prawn and scallop pasta. Coffee made is always of good quality, smooth, strong and not acidic on the palate. The staff on duty, Carine is very cheerful and upbeat. She's very helpful and bring a positive vibe to the environment and energy to the diners! Same for her other two colleagues (a male and female staff). Thanks for making my visit so comfortable! I'll return for sure! 😃
To get there, just take train to Orchard Mrt or Somerset Mrt and walk to B1 of Takashimaya. It's at the former Flippers Cafe.
