Abysmal Service, Total Disorganization, and Zero Accountability I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Taoz Ceramics when attempting to pick up a finished pottery piece was nothing short of a disaster and a total waste of time. When I arrived for my pre-arranged collection, I was met with immediate disorganization. Staff were impatient and couldn't locate my piece, initially insisting they "didn't have it." The attitude was terrible from the start. They were impatient and clearly put out by having to deal with a customer. They eventually started searching again, but I was left waiting for over 30 minutes with absolutely no updates or acknowledgement of the delay. When the piece was finally found, there was no apology for the error, the unnecessary wait, or the initial hassle. Just poor, dismissive attitudes. Thirty minutes of a customer's time is valuable, and to offer neither compensation nor even a basic, sincere apology for their own error and disorganization is completely unacceptable. If you value your time and expect basic courtesy, I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere. This establishment is disorganized and treats its customers with utter disrespect.

Extremely disappointing after-service and clear lapse in responsibility. We waited more than five months to collect the “ready” items. While we were informed upfront that there would be a wait, five months is still excessive.. especially given what followed. We were never instructed to take photographs of our items. Yet at collection, we were told the items were lost and were then asked if we had photos so that they could locate them, which they ultimately could not. This reflects a serious lack of basic custody and tracking procedures. The replacement offered was merely another ready item. It no longer carries any significance or sentimental value.. it is now just an object. No replacement can restore what was lost. The same applies to the proposed “service recovery” of a complimentary session; the meaning of the experience is gone, as it was originally shared with a friend and tied to a specific moment that cannot be recreated. The responsibility to properly label, track, and return entrusted items should rest entirely with the service provider. The absence of a clear identification or labelling system is careless and unacceptable.

The teacher is friendly and helpful in all the process like when i’m doing wheel throwing they’re always by my side to guide me. After making they also gave me so many options for the colour like i could mix and match. For the designs i could choose so many different designs i can do my own shape too. Price was one of the most affordable places when it comes to pottery making and i recommend this to anyone coming here either alone or bringing a partner. The atmosphere is aesthetics and i could take a lot of photos while im doing pottery the teacher would help to take photos too. Overall i really like this place and recommend it to anyone☺️.

Instructor was super clear and made throwing seem super easy. We got to do all the steps ourselves after a little demo of each step. Somehow it was just really easy to do. Maybe it's also the good quality clay. Instructor was dedicated to teaching just us, which really helped when we had questions. She also helped us to take many photos for memories! There were many samples for inspiration and we selected a range of items to make. The options for glaze are much more interesting than other places. Everything came out perfect. Just take note that clay naturally shrinks in the kiln. What looked like a big bowl came out to be a small rice bowl. Collection was after 6 months which is quite average compared to other places.

Staff were really friendly and patient at guiding us through our entire experience, and also helped us to take many lovely videos and photos to keep as memories. It was a truly enjoyable experience; it’s easy to pick up and you feel a sense of accomplishment creating a piece of your own even as beginners! Recommended for dates or family outings.

I’ve visited a few other pottery studios before, but this one really stands out. At first, I was a little hesitant when I heard the waiting time is about three to four months (most other studios only take a month). But after the instructor patiently explained that they take the extra step to carefully trim the pieces, I understood why. When I finally received my work, I was so happy and impressed, it was worth the wait! The base was finished so neatly and beautifully, showing the care and effort they put into every detail. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable💖💖 Highly recommend this studio if you want pottery that’s crafted with real attention to detail.

I’ve been coming to Taoz for over 4 years and enjoy the personal touch of the teachers who are ever so patient in teaching me each time for creating my masterpieces. Pottery is therapeutic and highly recommended for team building or to simply have fun and destress!

On July 26th, I went to Taoz Ceramics Studio. My partner brought me there as a surprise activity, and I was so excited! I had a lot of fun. What made the experience even better was having an amazing mentor named Zack. He’s a passionate and skilled teacher who really loves what he does. Not every mentor or trainer is great at explaining things or being patient, but Zack truly stands out. He took his time to teach both me and my girlfriend, and you can tell he genuinely cares. He even gave me a birthday gift, which made the day extra special! I highly recommend visiting Taoz Ceramics Studio — and if you can, ask for Zack!
