Very decent little eatery run by and auntie and uncle pair. They have daily specials and food is fairly priced for being in orchard road. Not the cheapest if you compare to the heartland hawker centers but it's orchard road. Their flavors are the typical old school canteen vibes so most will enjoy it. Gets crowded during lunch with the office crowd

Forgotten corner in the maze of far east plaza. I couldn’t find it haha. Auntie too friendly. Curry not so spicy for my kid to taste. Very nostalgic place

Great little cafe run by the owners who are semi retired, but still whips out a great simple breakfast and resonable pricing considering its at the heart of town, had a great time chatting with the owners too about. Do drop by if you can The black carrot cake is great Note the opening hours (subject to change are) as of Oct 2024 Mon - Fri 8 am to 2 pm Lunch Menu from 10AM onwards Closed Saturday/Sunday (maybe also public holidays)

Wow I cannot believe their pig trotter portion for this price $6.5 in 2024! Even with an egg and big piece of tofu in it. The lady boss is very nice. Cannot wait to try their other famous dish: carrot cake!

Friendly auntie and uncle :) the taste is like home-cooked :) bring back memories :) the place is clean and price is reasonable.

Homely little cafe run by a nice middle age couple. Simple breakfast fix with local delicacies. Come for lunch, though they are usually packed with office crowds. They have daily specials of very tasty local food. Their soups are always fantastic!
