I ordered a cheese waffle , the waiting time was aright however there is literally no cheese in my waffle ?? I approached the staff and told them about the situation but she insisted there is cheese inside when there is no cheese at all ! The staff attitude was bad and did not try to help me solve the situation maybe because she thinks that i’m a teenager so she don’t bother to assist me properly . She use a shared thong to open my waffle to check . I encountered the problem at 8:05 pm on sunday 10 march 2024 !

The marble cake I purchased exhibited excessive yellow coloring, rendering it unsatisfactory. This will be my final purchase of this cake furthermore, it lacked the expected buttery flavor profile.

I am very disappointed with the service today. The array of options was quite appealing, and one particular tub caught my attention. Curious, I inquired whether it’s KitKat, aiming to gather information before making my final choice. Regrettably, the response from the staff member was unexpectedly abrupt and unfriendly. Rather than simply answering my question, the individual raised their voice and retorted with a frown, 'SO YOU WANT KIT KAT DON'T WANT BISCOFF IS IT?' This interaction was disappointing and detracted from the overall experience, as I felt my simple question was met with unnecessary hostility. I believe that customer inquiries deserve to be addressed with courtesy and professionalism, standards that were not met during my visit.

bought a bread here (swee heng san-wich) on monday 8 Jan morning and ended up with food poisoning that very night. vomitted for days..! do not recommend getting your breakfast here.. food not clean and staff seen touching the bread and closing the lids bare hands without gloves!
