When I went for my appointment on as late Saturday afternoon, I found the entire paragon medical side to be empty, that is until I walked into SW1 clinic. It's the only clinic on the entire floor that was packed with people and activity. The male doctor took his time speaking to me and gave me good advice and products. The place looks like a five star hotel lobby but the doctor and nurses was so friendly they put me at ease.

Recommended by a fren. I had my Thermage here after trying a few other places before. And I can really tell the difference. The result was much more obvious after the treatment here. Thank you.

All the doctors previously from The Sloane Clinic are here, I had to search high and low for them but I was so glad to have found them! Exacting service standards aside, I love their extended menu of spa facials especially O2 blush. Thanks for the glow!

My experience with SW1 Clinic has been amazing. The information, support & care I have received from the initial consultation all the way through to the post-op appointments has been great. I have always had saggy and uneven breasts since young. The thought of going for breast reduction was daunting due to reading online experiences (eg. excruciating pain and showering with drainage tubes). After five years, I finally picked up the courage to schedule a consultation with SW1 Clinic. From my first consultation I knew Dr Chia was the doctor I wanted to go with. She is very professional, caring & offers the best care imaginable. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole consultation. I immediately set a surgery date with the nurse after the first consultation. On the day of the surgery, I arrived at 8:30am, went into the theater around 10am, and woke up in the recovery room before 1pm. It was a very quick process and I could immediately feel the difference. Dr Chia removed 500g and 300g of breast tissue. The entire recovery process was painless (plenty of painkillers given), slight uncomfortable, and I was able to move around by myself within 6 hours from the surgery. By the 5th day, my routine was back as usual. One week post-op, I was amazed at the minimal bruising and quick smooth recovery. I’m so glad I made this decision. Literally life-changing. Dr Chia is an exceptional surgeon. I’m now 3 months post surgery and my results are amazing! There's no more backaches, I feel lighter, and I can finally wear a bra that fits me perfectly. I just want to say a big thank you to all the nurses and Dr Chia for giving me the breast I've always dreamed of. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Chia from SW1 Clinic.
