I have honestly never been to an aesthetic clinic which holds itself to such high standards of SW1. I've been with Dr Chua since 2019 and have been doing my facials here monthly. Such relaxing facials, the chai and sw1 skincare range is perfect, nothing in the range that i don't like, such a wide range of products to suit every skin type i cannot complain that don't have harsh ingredients in them either.
Everything down to professionalism of their staff and therapists, I truly don't think there is an aesthetic clinic in singapore that has the highest customer service standards that i've ever experienced in a clinic. Dr chua is not pushy, friendly and you can tell everyone there genuinely cares about their patients. My skin has gone from flared up hormonal large cystic acne to flawless skin with no breakouts.
You pay a high price for their service and products but there's a reason to it. You can really tell how well dr low & dr lee have groomed their staff. I cannot thank the staff and dr chua for their amazing service, always!

From the smallest B cup, I used to feel so self-conscious and humiliated, always being teased for being flat. It affected my confidence more than I wanted to admit.
But now… I have breasts.
When I woke up from surgery, the very first thing I did was cry. I looked down, saw the change, and said through tears: “Omg… I have breasts.” That moment will stay with me forever. Dr. Tan and the amazing team at SW1, Sabrina, the nurses, everyone, were beyond supportive. They never once judged my questions (even when I asked about skydiving post-surgery!), and they replied promptly, warmly, and with full reassurance every step of the way.

very bad experience and poor customer service with the SW1 team especially Dr Low Chai Ling.
- no/very tortoise slow response: Taking forever to get back to me on enquiries about their skincare products until now 20 Apr 2025 there are still no updates since 1 Apr 2025 even I've followed up multiple times.
- no knowledge on their product ingredients, should I make a complain to the authorities on this? can you imagine the clinic assistant and the Dr Low does not know what are the ingredients of the products they are selling when I requested for the ingredients, they did not even bother to reply me or give me a ETA saying that the clinic does not have contact (no phone to reach only email and need to wait for reply) with Dr Low/HQ.
I was at town area waiting for their response but didn't have the urgency to even reply and I waited for them for 3 hours. I want everyone to know how Dr Low Chia Ling + team attitude and customer service are to everyone so please beware based on the experience they treated me when im a new customer not even existing can you imagine if you are their existing customers?

I received a diagnosis of early stage Breast Cancer In September 2023. The tumours were significant enough that I had to remove a part of myself within a few weeks.
After discovering a lump on 31 August 23'. I consulted a doctor and underwent various tests like ultrasound, mammogram, MRI, CT scan, followed by a biopsy within the same week. Sadly, the results led to a necessary unilateral mastectomy.
A genetic test (Oncotype DX) showed a high risk of recurrence within 10 years, prompting a recommendation for chemotherapy.
Although Breast Cancer typically affects older women, I as a healthy young individual, faced this unexpected diagnosis at the age of 38, with no prior family history of cancer.
Cancer can be a delicate topic, especially in Asian culture. Nevertheless, I am encouraged by the significant advancements in breast reconstruction surgery. Thanks to these advancements and choices, I can regain my self-assurance even after undergoing a mastectomy. I strongly suggest this option to anyone facing a similar situation. My visit to SW1 was stress-free because Dr. Chia Hui Ling’s demeanor and expertise reassured me that I am in capable hands. There are no words to express my gratitude.
Honestly, it was an intriguing journey to have a “balloon” in my breast that can gradually be expanded. It was amusing for my husband and me having the opportunity to experiment with different sizes before making a final decision. When life throws me a balloon, pump it up. =)

The treatment wasn’t painless, but the staff did a great job of keeping me comfortable throughout, even providing distractions. The results are amazing—my face looks visibly snatched, and I saw immediate improvements in brightness and tightness. I also had a chemical peel, which worked wonders on my skin by addressing pigmentation, dullness, and texture.

Searching for the “best ** surgeon Singapore” and came across SW1 with enough reviews for me to pay them a visit. Was assigned with Dr Chia Hui Ling. On the consultation day, Dr Chia listened to all my concerns and advised on the possible surgery procedure to rectify my problems. As motiva also have the latest joy implants, Dr Chia did not push for that as she knew we needed firming up so ergonomix 1 would be more ideal. Consultation went well and I paid for deposit on the day itself! One month later came the surgery day. I would say Dr Chia is one of little words and more actions, we don’t chat a lot but I trust her. Everything went well on the day, anaesthetist was good, assuring everything is okay, and the next moment I know, I woke up feeling like a new me! Nurses and staff at SW1 were very accommodating and welcoming during each visit. Follow ups via WhatsApp were very prompt as well. I am extremely pleased with Dr Chia’s work and would certainly go back to her if I do need any enhancement works for my body or face. No regrets choosing SW1!
