Busier and smaller than orchard location. The service is slower. The fish soup uses left over sushi slice instead of left over salmon neck. Hand roll construction also different.

I am a Sushiro fan. But my to go branch is the Tiong Bahru Plaza outlet, my first time to this at Shaw House. So happened I was in town and tried this. It has a different vibe all together, at TB there is more feel of human and human touch of friendliness and here- yes, the staff are definitely diligent in clearing the tables but it’s a all auto system- from taking your queue number, own wet napkin packet, to ownself usher to seek for the system’s designated table for you, and pay using self service. Basically it’s alright with me- it’s more like the exact Japanese culture- eat alone and self service all the way. Didn’t really like the assigned count seats facing the shops, though it’s back facing the shops- you dunno who eyeball u from behind so not much dining privacy. Food was served quick via conveyer. The same applies- place online touchscreen order or retrieve the dish you like from the belt. Didn’t understand how mayonnaise is on conveyor belt and not ordered from touchscreen system (TB has to order)- dun mayonnaise needs to be refrigerated? 🤔 anyway first time I didn’t dare to use those. The current promo new dishes are good, should try if u are like me who goes for new innovative dishes.

I’ve eaten here several times over the years since they first opened. But I think it’s getting worse. I was lucky to get a seat immediately via the self service kiosk but Q started just after me with long wait. Nowadays the rice is so sticky it’s sticking onto the plate. The chawanmushi is poorly done. Last time it was silky smooth now it’s full of potholes and harder. The tempura in my sushi roll was stale, the skin was soft yet tough, which meant it was fried and sat around for a long time before being served. The dessert was disappointing too. Doesn’t look like the picture at all. It was very sad looking when served. There wasn’t anymore staff at the counter, all self service, not even wet tissue given. The seats were sticky too. And the kids around were banging the seats jumping about disturbing other customers but no staff reminded them to stop. I was having my meal being pushed and jerked repeatedly by the kid behind me (with oblivious parents too). One of the most disappointing meals I’ve had in sushiro.

Casual Japanese dining. The food is good, but don’t expect anything fancy. It’s a fun experience with the food arriving directly at your table via tracks connected to the kitchen. There’s also a conveyor belt where you can pick and choose what you want. Great for kids.

Arrived about 7pm, had to wait about 40mins until our turn. We got our table faster than the expected. Food ordered was served quickly, food that was hot served hot and sushi and fish mostly fresh.

It’s my first time eating here and maybe the last time since the cockroach appeared in our plate, my husband didn’t see it before he was eating the second sushi in that plate, so he thought it should be came from the ceiling. We told the staff who shows no care, she said sorry and then disappeared immediately, like she didn’t mean it at all. I don’t know if they would do their hygiene work, but I really hope they would, because they did such a great job on sushi, it’s a shame that hygiene issues are driving people away.

Convenient spot for a quick meal before shopping. I usually order directly from the iPad, which makes it easy to browse and pick what I feel like having that day. Most of the time, I’ve been lucky with fresh and tasty sushi. My top picks from Sushiro are the thick-cut salmon sushi, sweet shrimp gunkan, shrimp with avocado sushi, chawanmushi with scallop, and the deep-fried salmon wing. The staff are friendly and attentive, and I really like the self-payment system — it saves time and makes the whole experience fast and convenient

Had a great dining experience thanks to Ryan! He kindly offered us a window seat and even went out of his way to ensure our table was clean and comfortable before we were seated. Really appreciated the thoughtful service. The sushi here is also top-notch—as good as the somerset branch but the view here is definitely better

1st of all thank you for coming to open in Singapore. This sushi chain is the best casual rail sushi. Of course cannot expect service and atmosphere but price and taste is much much better than other sushi shop in same price.

So, this is definitely an experience and some people won't love that there is very little human interaction and more tech, but I liked it. Very efficient. Lots of variety. Some of the items were a 5, but overall I had to go with 4. Would have done a 4.5 if I could.
