Hidden deep inside the OCBC. Need to have reservation as it is omly 10 seats, with 2 seatings for each meal. The sushi are great with the usual favourite and some less usual ones. The 3 kind of somen is tasty. Only minus is they did not end off with a dessert.

We loved everything in this restaurant. Have picked Plum menu for our lunch. Every dish is exquisitely prepared. It is value for money especially the food is of one-star Michelin standard. We are very impressed with Chef Marcus' culinary skill and Pheobe's for her attentiveness. Kudo!

Reserved a dinner seating at 8pm with my friend and we tried the Premium Omakase set. Amazing dining experience and the sashimi, sushi were so fresh and varieties of fish for sushi. Chef Tommy came from Osaka, Japan and he had great culinary skills in making the sushi so tasty. After about 10 sushi, there was Uni sushi and a handroll where the seaweed was roasted. Tastiest handroll. Every bite was a delight. The servings were generous and we were all so full. A5 wagyu beef with somen. That was another great dish. Dessert was a handmade cheesecake and Roasted rice cake with green tea icecream and redbean paste. We still finished it after being so full because it was so good. Maggie, the restaurant manager was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Sushi Moka for a great omakase experience.

This place offers an incredible omakase dining experience. The menu mainly consists of sea food and sashimi ( they can torch it for you, but dining experience is different from intended). Each item is meticulously prepared with great care in front of you with fresh ingredients straight from Japan. The presentation of the dishes was stunning with a quick introduction of each dish. This time, the dessert served was sakura flavoured ice cream. The atmosphere here is peaceful as seats in the room are limited, and the service staff are friendly and quick to refill your green tea. Over, highly recommended to visit for the experience, it feels as though you have travelled to Japan from Singapore.

A perfect lunch omakase. The quality of the cuts, ingredient selection and quantity was all perfect. We enjoyed the pace, which did not take too long (about 1 hour) for a complete lunch. We particularly enjoyed the tuna and sawa, and the unagi hand roll was a very satisfying portion. The chef speaks very good English, and we could have a conversation with him in English which is rare for many authentic omakase restaurants.

A different experience from the usual omakase! Food is fresh and environment is refreshing! Everything was fast and we finished the meal within 1 hour, which I felt is a bit too rush. The sushi was made and served very quickly, within 1 minute the next sushi is served.

Overall 5/5! The variety of dishes served during the omakase experience is impressive. Each course presents a unique blend of flavors and textures, showcasing both traditional Japanese flavors and innovative twists. Each dish is elegantly plated, showcasing the beauty of the ingredients. The minimalist decor of the restaurant enhances the dining experience, allowing the focus to remain on the food itself. The service is attentive and knowledgeable. The staff is passionate about the cuisine they serve, providing detailed explanations of each dish and offering recommendations based on individual preferences. Definitely, I would love to go back.

One fine day, someone brought me to an OCBC bookstore close to dinner time. I was thinking what we should eat for dinner… turns out, it was a delicious omakase course meal! Thoroughly enjoyed the fresh ingredients from the ocean, which was served to us like an artwork. My favourite part was the soft and warm rice of each sushi, and the dessert… The grilled fished was amazing too - grilled to perfection, super soft and bursting with flavours. The young ginger stick was very appetising. Service was alright, and I could tell that they try their best to explain how to eat each dish (even though I can’t really catch what they say sometimes). One lady was very amused when I swapped my empty salad bowl with someone because salad wasn’t his thing. After realising I was doing it secretly, she whispered, “It’s ok, our secret.. shh.” LOL. Finally, reserve earlier online and come with an OCBC card, it’s definitely more worth it!

When I first arrived at the restaurant, it brought back a lot of memories from Japan. The seating arrangement and layout felt as though i was eating at an omakase in Japan. The food was great and all the fish and seafood were very fresh. The two chefs serving us were both from Japan and gave us quite an authentic experience. From the first dish to the last, this was a very enjoyable experience that I hope i can have again.
