I don't get the high reviews. Pastry is good, better than most, but filling isn't particularly good. Maybe people like that it's not V sweet, but the price is ridiculous for the quality

Horrible Service Many staff and all unhelpful Went down on 22 Aug 2025 to pre-order Mooncake. Staff asked me why don’t I do it online, it’s the same. Proceed to order and pay online on 24 Aug and guess what? Today, 17 Sep, they told us they stopped sales and fulfilment of mooncake orders. Same shitty service both at shop and online. What’s more? They don’t provide full refund option, they want to force you to take other products. The audacity to ask you to reply by 19 Sep. Excuse me, lawful letters also allow 7 working days to respond. I suspect they do shopee sales until they sell away pre-ordered stocks

5 stars for the amazing service tonight at Takashimaya outlet. The lady was so enthusiastic and friendly serving us! The limited edition strawberry apple cake is expensive at $26 for 6 pieces but I enjoyed it. I’m usually not a fan of pineapple tart so I’ll opt for apple filling instead. I bought it on impulse but glad I did so. Not bad to buy it once in a while. Oh I love the reusable mini tote bag that comes along with it.
