The studio is clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped. While there are showers and lockers, the limited shower cubicles and tight locker area during peak times can be a bit inconvenient.

if you want a good calorie burner, this is the place to be. Right in town, you can expect friendly instructors who will correct your form and help you get your burn. Each class is 35 mins with 10 mins core exercises afterwards. Well maintained toilets and towels provided too

Coach Joachim was really professional, tho he often breaks into singing some of the hotest edms. He's motivational and is constantly looking out to correct our form. Gym is rather spacious, routines are intense at the start but after more classes it be comes manageable and when it becomes manageable coach Joachim appears. Toilets are great, and very very spacious! but do be considerate because there are only 3 cubicles. Overall great experience!

Lovin the concept in these classes - time passes fast, class is structured, instructions are easy to understand, I control my own pacing without any judgement at the same time I am being encouraged and motivated to do right, do more and do better. I feel sore every after workout and find myself looking forward to these classes. So far I am enjoying going to Joachim’s classes, seriously considering to increase the number of sessions as well. Kyle and Kira are also extremely helpful and friendly. Amazing attitude and services 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

In the blink of an eye, I’ve hit a major milestone—completing my 200th class at Sumhiit Orchard! Along the way, I’ve grown to appreciate the emphasis on cardiovascular fitness, especially the dreaded air bike during every HIIT session. It’s a constant reminder that fitness isn’t just about strength and endurance—it’s about pushing limits, building resilience, and striving for balance.
A huge thank you to the amazing coaches—Kyle, Joachim, Charles, Edam, Kal, and Gwenn—for always pushing me and keeping me motivated, even when my lazy bones protest. Here’s to many more sessions of growth and sweat!
P.S. The air bike and I still have a love-hate relationship (mostly hate).

The instructors I’ve met so far were very friendly and engaging! Each session is usually made of 30 sets of 1min where we will alternate between bike and floor work, followed by a short abs session at the end! I like the integration of the app and Apple Health where our workouts automatically get loaded into the app when we wear our Apple Watches!! Showers and lockers available and towels are provided upon request!
