Starbucks Wisma Atria occupies a prominent position within one of Orchard Roads most established shopping destinations, offering coffee enthusiasts a spacious outlet to enjoy their favorite beverages and light meals. Located on the third floor at units #03-35 to #03-40, this outlet provides a comfortable environment for shoppers taking a break from retail therapy or professionals seeking a workspace.
The store operates daily from 8:00am to 11:00pm, making it accessible for early morning coffee runs through to evening gatherings. The extended operating hours cater to the diverse schedules of Orchard Road visitors, from tourists starting their day to office workers grabbing an afternoon pick-me-up. The outlet can be reached at +65 6732 1768 for any inquiries.
Like all Starbucks locations, the Wisma Atria outlet offers the full menu of coffee and tea beverages, from classic espresso drinks to seasonal specialties. The food selection includes pastries, sandwiches, and snacks suitable for quick meals or afternoon treats. What makes this location particularly appealing is the availability of free Wi-Fi, transforming it into a functional workspace for those who need to catch up on emails or complete projects while enjoying their coffee.
The convenient location just steps from Orchard MRT station makes it easily accessible via public transport. For those navigating the extensive Wisma Atria complex, note that there may be another Starbucks outlet within the mall at a different floor level, so confirming the specific #03-35 to 40 location ensures you find this particular outlet. The spacious seating arrangement provides more comfort than typical quick-service coffee shops, making it suitable for both solo visits and group meetings.
I was sitting crossed legged on the sofa without causing any disturbance to other patrons, like many other times I've done so in other Starbucks and cafes.
But this time, two of the starbucks staffs that was on duty on 30 Sep 2025 at around 11am-1pm (a female malay and female chinese) told me to "put your leg down" very rudely, without giving any reason.
I glanced over and saw that they were taking instructions from a lady sitting nearby, who seems to be a ex-staff as they were happily chatting with each other during their working time.
I hope Starbucks would improve their service here, because honestly it feels like they are just demeaning their customers. This is the worst experience I've ever had, and I would advise everyone to avoid coming here.

The morning service is consistently slow considering there aren't many customers. They seem to not be able to multi-task and has consistently made my Venti cold brew extremely weak (I should know, I have it every morning and this has happened to be 3 times)

The Starbucks at wisma had shifted from the original location (which providore is occupying now) to one corner at level one which is much smaller in terms of seating capacity. Atmosphere wasn’t that great as well. It was very crowded when I visited on a Saturday afternoon. The drinks are what you can expect of all Starbucks drinks. Service was pretty fast. The tables are all located quite close to one another as a result of the limited space available.

One of the cozier Starbucks locations- with warm, friendly baristas! Laurel in particular keeps the energy behind the counter super vibrant and welcoming, always with a big smile. I’ll definitely keep coming back~

I want to commend the 2 lady staff, Azlin and Amin ( not sure if I got the names correctly) who served me on 2 separate occasions when I bought drinks from the Starbucks outlet at Wisma Atria. They provided good customer service in helping me get the blind charm that I wanted and recommending the drink that suits what I was looking for. They went the extra mile to ensure that I went away as a happy customer. Kudos to them for the great customer service!

It has now become a routine for my colleague to run downstairs and grab a dark mocha frappe with the pistachio oat milk, which was recommended by one of the baristas by the way, for me whenever I’m having a hard day. My go to drink now. Little arts and messages on the cup like these perk me up immediately too. Excellent service always.
