I recently purchased my Sony A7V from the Sony Flagship Store at 313@Somerset in Singapore, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before visiting the store, I contacted them and was assisted by Naim, who was extremely friendly and professional. I really appreciated the way he approached customer service he explained everything in detail, patiently answered all my questions, and helped clear my doubts. He also gave great advice on which lens would best suit my preferences.
When my dad and I visited the store to make the purchase, we were both very impressed by how clearly everything was explained and the excellent service provided. On the collection day, Naim wasn’t available, but he arranged for Stella to assist us. Stella was just as friendly and helpful, providing wonderful service, guiding us through the purchase, and recommending useful accessories, including a camera bag.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Sony Flagship Store at 313@Somerset. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I will definitely return in the future to purchase additional gear and accessories. I’m super excited to start shooting with my Sony A7V yay! I highly recommend visiting this store for your purchase.

Absolutely loving my new Sony a6700! 📸 I bought it from this shop with the help of Shawn Matthews, and the experience was great from start to finish. He was super patient and helpful, answering all my questions clearly — even during his off-hours. loving the phone to bits....love the fact that its the only phone with expandable memory card-slot and the legendary 3.5mm audio jack! sound-quality is definitely noticeable compared to my old Oppo A79. photo-outcome definitely differs from wife's S25 Ultra, though im learning how to shoot in Pro-Mode. overall a good all-rounder phone so far.
