The cashier Who the name NAYLi here is very not polite at all and show us a rude gesture, we are customer come to buy dont you treat customer like a beggar !!! I have no problem with purchase or quality of the goods, last Night I have been purchasing 2 bag and i also have not talk so much and never ask anything to her, i just took the bag from the hanger and i wanted to pass to her for payment but she really gave the ugly face with pass the two bag with same pattern which one same as I choose!!! That's simple things to tell the costumer without your ugly face right? But why You need to saw us that's you are not happy with what we do only bcs i take the bag from the hanger?? Is it we are wrong!!!??? If you wanted to change just let us know with nicely and talk nicely NOT MUST YOU SAW ME YOUR RUDE FACE!!! This is not first time I been there to buy something but I never meet the rude cashier like you before!!! Please upgrade the skill level of sales and cashier to appreciate customers!!!

I just bought some stuffs here 2 days ago. Lots of choices and some stuffs on sale. But I just realize the staff charge me A Fluffy Notebook that I didn't put on my shopping bag, neither bring it home. I don't know if it's intentional since I'm not Singaporean and only visiting. So It will be hard me to ask for refund. I didn't check the receipt right after I paid since my daughter was starting to get cranky. I hope it's unintentional. For tourists or anyone who wants to buy something, better to check your receipt before leaving the store.

I have no problem with purchase or quality of the goods, I have been purchasing stuff here. However, some of your employees need to be taught how to not being rude to customer maybe? I can't hear her voice because it was so loud and crowded and her voice so tone down. If I can't hear then I can't hear. No need to being rude in front of me. Not helping also if u want me to finish purchase quickly.

26 June 2024 at abt 4pm I was with my foreigner friend who went in to Smiggles @ Orchard mrt with his family to buy bags for his daughters. I saw him asking for assistance from the staff to check on the bags the daughters and the staff approached him with a very hostile look. The way she spoke was not friendly either... Really embarrassed on the way a foreigner was treated by our service people here. I hope Smiggle will look into your service quality to everyone.

the sales clerk serving and also the cashier were angry when asked for the discount they gave, because the marking of discounted items was irregular, when asked their faces scowled and their high tone gave them to explain. May be you muat training your employee to talk and serve more nicely

I just come here on 12.50 asking for the price and discount mention in the section and she treat us not in a good gesture. Not recommended to spend yor money here. I cancelled to buy their product!

Incidecent happen at Smiggle Outlet @ Ion Orchard around 28 Sept 2023 approx. 12 noon. There are 2 sales girls. One chinese and one malay. This chinese sales person is very impolite, rude, bad manner and bad attitude. When I ask for the new bag instead of the display one and she replys that you not seeing I am arranging things. Just arranging things can be done after sales done. Whether customer sale is more important than doing arranging goods while have many customer around??? She just really don't care whether she is making any sale or not. She doesn't care at all whether the shop is sustainable or not. I know she ia not the boss and pay damn care whether make any sell or profit or not. Further more she is instructing her colleague don't go and take the bag and serve for us. Very arrogant and I will give her 2 thumb up. To have this kind of staff as a company surely ruin by her behaviour. We already take one bag and request for the 2nd one and enconter this rude chinese sale girl. I am unbelievable as a saleperson whoes doesn't know customer is always priority to serve first or she can just nicely ask her colleague to serve instead. That is a sad for the company. We ask her for help just because she is beside us and nearest to us. I hope the management can take an actiin on it for their own good. Check the CCTV if need so.
