Late review. i always love to buy things from smiggle especially for my girl. I think you guys need to work on your customer service. Everywhere I go, most of the staff were not so friendly and unhappy especially the one in 313 curly hair staff i think she is a malay so unhappy. I can understand of the long hour, i’m working in service line too :)

Bad experience. I bought an item by mistake along with other items. Within a few minutes after purchase made， I went back to the store to return. The item in original Conditions as purchased with the original Smiggle receipt. But the salesperson TINA told me that no refund is allowed, only exchange. I was forced to take some other items for exchange instead. looking at the refund policy at the back of the receipt, the sales person TINA behavior is clearly against Smiggle refund policy.

A average store but over priced for sure . A lot of similar things available at almost half the cost . More so the staff is not welcoming

Outstanding service at Smiggle Orchard! We had such a wonderful experience at the Smiggle store in G20 ION on 19 Jul 2025 2.51pm! My son has been eyeing the Vault for months, but we were hesitant to spend nearly $35 on it. The lady staff member who attended to us was incredibly friendly and helpful. We asked if we could use our SGlife vouchers, and she warmly said yes — no hesitation at all! To our surprise, she also mentioned that if we signed up as a Smiggle member (free of charge), we’d get an instant 20% discount. That made a huge difference — and made my son's day! Thanks to her kindness and great service, he finally brought home the Vault he’s been dreaming of. Thank you for going the extra mile — it really meant a lot to both of us!
