Bought my Tudor in their Jewel branch and sought for help in resizing at the Takashimaya branch a few weeks later, Christine Lai was very friendly and professional, would be happy to do business with this company again. After experiencing many arrogant luxury watch dealers (eg. the previous day I tried to get Tudor Ion store to help me resize and was puzzlingly rejected as I didn’t buy from them) it was a very nice experience to have professional service here - excellent and highly recommended.

Went to the boutique for a casual viewing with a friend and was expecting the store to be another snobbish high end luxury watch store similar to some other ones in Singapore, but was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and professional hospitality given. The staff (unfortunately did not get her name) not only made us feel relaxed and comfortable despite not purchasing a watch, but was more than happy to share her passion and knowledge of the brands they carry. Information that you cannot google easily. Another great thing about the store is that they carry many independent, haute watch brands that you don't often see outside of the internet. Excellent destination for watch enthusiasts!

I had an inexplicably great experience visiting the store recently. I was attended to by Wilson and had one of the best experience by far among many luxury watch retailers in Singapore. He is super professional, kind and patient in listening and answering my questions, as well as sharing many interesting stories and his experiences. I highly recommend you look up for Wilson if you are looking to purchase a new watch at Sincere!

I was served by Jackie and Serene Chua. Friendly and accommodative staffs who are also very knowledgeable on watches. They shared many nice independent watch brands that suit your budget. Look for them when they going to the Taka branch and will continue to support Sincere Fine Watch.

Came here to get my watch bracelet adjusted, was served by Kenneth who was friendly and helpful. Customer service was top notch. 5 stars from me, will defo come back again.
