Even though I didn’t have the intention to buy the watch today, he was very professional and friendly. Went by Sincere @Ngee Ann to have a look at the new Tag Heuer watch. We were served by Mr Dan Tan. Dan was very hospitable, and took time to show us a variety of different watches that better match our preference and liking. He was patient and offered valuable advices that help us to eventually decide on a pair of Chopard Alpine Eagles. My experience was a mixture of online purchase and in-store collection. I bought a gift online and requested for engraving services. Throughout the process, I was attended to by Ms. Samantha Chow. She was very professional and prompt, providing good suggestions and mock-ups for the engraving. The in-store collection was also good, everything was explained thoroughly. I am very impressed with the service provided, considering that most of it was done online. The end product made the receiver extremely happy. I would definitely recommend checking out the online service for those who are busy.
