Had a great experience with friendly staff @ Sift and Pick 313 when I went down to buy my puffer bag last Saturday! They were patient in answering my questions before I made my final decision to get the bag.

We visited the shop and the staff was not at all interested in showing the bags when asked to show one. Definitely not going back again and not recommended may be can try other outlets.

Very good selection of bags. Like the style they curated and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have more varieties on their website.

Came down for sift and pick event at 313, love the hospitality and great customer service!

Chinese lady staff on 14/12/23, around 8pm+, very judgmental, gave my friend a disgusted look.
