Five stars out of five are too less what Sheela. Sheela is one the most impactful, holistic and kind yoga therapist and guide out there. She has keen attention to details, extensive knowledge of biomechanics and deep understanding of yoga. Her class is one the best a human can find. I started coaching with her in 2022 and immediately could see improvements. Her guidance enabled me in increasing my non-existsnt core strength. Each class with her was refreshing and energetic. Sheela goes beyond traditional classes. She focuses on students’ individual issues, researches about those and then develops an optimum program as well as poses - and continues guiding even beyond class. My chronic shoulder ache got cured thanks to her. Thanks a lot for great help Sheela. Keep guiding us.

For many years, I'm a runner but I neglected core strength and my upper body. I decided to start with yoga and attend classes to ensure that I do it correctly and that I do it regularly and with discipline. The beginning was not easy (breathing technique) and at times hard (using muscles one rarely uses in daily life at home and in the office). But after a few weeks, I could feel significant improvements regarding core strength, balance and posture, and I feel fitter and healthier. Sheela's teaching style is an important reason why I continue with classes: good observation of how I do the exercises and systematically correcting wrongs, routine but not boring, recognizing progress, identifying and focusing on points that need improvement.

Never had I received such intense and effective workout through yoga till I met Sheela. She focuses very much on what works for her students, mixes and matches various methods instead of the old fashion mundane poses. Am many times fitter, stronger and in good shape. Million thanks to Sheela's patience and relentless support.

On my first pilates class with Sheela, she impressed me so much so I was asking around where to find her class schedules and looking for ways to attend some more of her classes as far as my work permits. Her coaching style was clear and easy to understand which was especially important for a new pilates person like me. I've always had a phobia of pilates or yoga classes as I didnt think I could keep up but she demonstrated each action and went around to make sure we knew what to do or where to focus on, her friendly demeanour immediately putting you at ease. It was such a happy experience that now I'm gg back for more. 🤣🤣🤣

Sheela is a great Yoga & Pilates teacher. She takes the time to ensure you are activating the right muscles and focuses on the benefits of poses rather than what a pose should look like. She helped me to regain my strength, balance and confidence after a major surgery. Highly recommended!!
