Bad services. Requested for certain requirement and just came back saying they will not provide and customisation package and when I requested for their proposal, they simply replied "wish you the best in sourcing for others" Given one star is because they can replied in a sarcastic manner. Really horrible

Update (06/04/23):
Almost immediately after I have posted my 1 star review of SecureAX, one of their partners, i.e. Mr. Tan, contacted me personally on my mobile. He addressed a technical query that I had, one that I had spent nearly two days calling, waiting and emailing in order to reach someone from SecureAX for assistance, in less than 10 minutes, before requesting me to take down my 1 star review or revise it. During those few days, our company's mailboxes were all down, and some of our company's clients grew frustrated with our lack of response to their queries. Call it the domino effect if you may. In my exchange with him, he evaded the topic on SecureAX's seemingly unmanned technical support hotline, which is my main contention accounting for the missing stars in my first review.
One day after his call, their management (Jackson Chin) emailed us to warn us that they would involuntarily suspend our email services within a week on a whim. This move was initiated by them despite informing them that we will have to commit to completing our 1 year plan with them given the time that we have sunk into performing mail client backups, configurations and migration of email ourselves over the past week.
This is what they have written:
"we would love to keep happy customers with us but we definitely do not want any unhappy customers to unwillingly/reluctantly stay with us... Your email hosting service shall run until 14th April 2023, 2359hr GMT+8 so you will have sufficient time to move your data out. Note that the suspension will take place automatically as a cancellation has been placed in our system."
When I told them that I am not going to give them our company's banking details, and if they were to continue suspending our mailboxes on the specified date, they would have breached the terms of our contract as we have not violated any clause in their terms and conditions deserving of involuntary termination or suspension. You know what they did? They googled our company's UEN to refund us anyway.
Clearly, this company tries to find an escape route to avoid more bad publicity once they sense that a client is unhappy and unworthy of their time.
So here you go, a company that sits on their high horse, cares nothing about feedback, makes bold claims on their pages ("unlimited email accounts", "24/7 support"), and immediately tries to drop you regardless of the inconveniences that you have gone through when you prove to them that they are not living up to their claims. Subscribe at your own risk.
Initial review (04/04/23):
SecureAX only offers 'support' for sales enquiries; they responded to a sales call that I have made, which led me to think that they have proper, decent support. Once you pay for any one of their plans, however, they cannot be reached by phone, live chat and email. Their promises are just a façade - don't be fooled to sign up like I did.
I called twice in the morning and thrice in the afternoon, on a recent work day, and no one from technical support and billing picked up, despite waiting for over 15 minutes for some of the calls. I was hoping to find a human to speak to by trying my luck with the billing subdirectory, but to no avail. Evidently, their 'phone' support is just a decoy to give off the impression that they have 'comprehensive support'. Furthermore, I have sent emails requesting for assistance. Jeffery Teng responded immediately to clarify what my user ID was, but after giving him the information he required, he took hours to respond thereafter, without a solution or clear instructions written. Imagine having your entire company's email accounts down, and the only way you can communicate with them is via email, with each response received after hours or on the following day.
Live chat is also reserved exclusively for sales enquiries, they will just ask you to just drop an email if you require technical assistance. One of the two sales agents that I had spoken to, i.e. Mike, was purposefully snide and blasé with the concerns that I have with setting up my account.
