Called and ask if they carry front crawl training snorkels. They asked for model number. I told them I don't know and if they generally carry such an item. The reply was a straight no. I said:"oh so you are not even gonna ng to check... Bye.." and hang up.

Went there on 10 June 2019, walked into the store and saw 2 sales lady (1 pinoy 1 china) chatting away not giving me any attention. Being Singaporean, I saw the SALES board outside so I approach to them and ask if the item was on sales. Well they looked kinda irritated when I ask them if the item was on sales as if I interrupted their conversation. What? I'm dressed casually and look down on me? Thinking that i cant afford the stuffs? I went ahead to purchase the item even there's no discount. And when I asked for the new piece, the pinoy gave me a look "why are u back again?" . NVM, I'm there for the Item not the Service.. Hopefully the management can look up on the staff they are hiring and their mentality shouldn't be serving people who look "Well off", should be equally among all the people. Cashier name was "Jazel" should be the Pinoy?

My wife and her friend been insulted by the sales person. She slammed the clothes hanger before they even try. What kind of sales person do that? Hard to understand her strategy for marketing.

It was an emergency, well it felt like one as my luggage hasn’t arrived. The person in the store was fantastic! She’s got everything ready for me and such a fast time. She’s wasn’t pushy and I walked away with pair of togs. Quality at seafolly is outstanding

They do have quite a wide selection of swimwear and beachwear. Variety of prints, textures, and styles, which is truly appreciated. Prices are also reasonable, for the quality of the swimwear. Except a few pieces that are a little thin (maybe intended that way), most pieces are really lovely looking and aesthetically designed. Fitting rooms are also clean and well sized. Staff in store was really helpful, advising my partner not to get something too loose, given that it's a swimsuit, and the outfit will loosen when in contact with water.

As a last resort after not finding a single brand with all body type inclusive sizing, I made an appointment at this store. I indicated all my preferences beforehand in the appointment form and the sales lady already picked out several options for me to try on before I even arrived. Super helpful and friendly staff. The range is not as much as the online store but I found what I wanted.

My daughter and I spent an hour looking around Orchard road for a bathing suit. We hit 2 out of 3 in this store in terms of value, quality and style. It's more money than I would have liked to pay but the material is really good quality and I loved the styles of the one piece. The staff here, like in most of the stores you go in Singapore are very attentive.
