One of my favorite places in Paragon is Sanpoutei Ramen.
I really enjoy their Shoyu Ramen — it’s light, has a nice broth, chewy noodles, and a good portion with slices of juicy pork. I also love the egg.
I especially like going there after a blood test or check-up at Mt. Elizabeth Hospital. It’s just across the street — you just cross the road and head straight down to the basement.
Right after getting a blood sample taken, it feels really nourishing and helps you get your energy back.
Of course, they also have beer and sake.
It’s definitely our go-to spot every time we visit Paragon.

My favourite ramen :) always consistent, and the shoyu soup is the best!

Great ramen... Delicious. Shoyu is a must try. Still prefer sardine tsukemen over the Konbu tsukemen. Great presentation of noodles. Looks delicious

Went on a weekday for dinner and there was no queue. The ramen is good, worth another visit if craving for ramen. Water is free 😆

Smaller location at the basement of Paragon, near the escalator. Tried the new Kombu Infused Tsukemen and it's a different experience. The noodle is silky with a oily sensation, while the broth is very rich and meaty. It's a great contrast if you like something different. Service was very quick too.
