I am writing to you to express my deep dissatisfaction and dismay at the lack of resolution and attention regarding order number 7291796411, for the purchase of a refrigerator scheduled for delivery in Arnes (Tarragona). The order was placed on Thursday, June 6th, with a delivery commitment for Friday the 13th. Since then, not only have we not received the appliance, but we have also had to endure a string of non-compliances and a complete lack of clear information from you and the shipping company ADER, to whom you refer us without offering a direct solution. We have been calling Samsung customer service for several days. We have called several times, and just today, after being told I had number 12 in the phone queue, I waited 30 minutes to barely get to number 5. Faced with this situation, I was forced to hang up. We have never received a concrete response or effective management. On Friday the 13th, when we didn't receive the refrigerator, we were informed that delivery would take place on Monday the 16th. That didn't happen either. To this day, the refrigerator still hasn't arrived, and we still have no refrigeration, spoiled food, a person at home every day, and urgent family commitments that make having this appliance essential. I find it totally unacceptable that Samsung doesn't take responsibility for a sale made through its platform and forces us to resolve the problem with a carrier subcontracted by you, as if it weren't your obligation to guarantee compliance with the agreement. I request an immediate response, an effective solution, and, if applicable, compensation for the damages caused. I remind you that the purchase agreement was with Samsung, and therefore you are responsible for ensuring the product arrives correctly and on time.

Poor experience at this outlet especially the lady Sharon Wong who served me. She has absolutely no idea how to handle the phone. She placed it back into the box wrongly and side ways into the bag, which cause the phone drop out the box. I also purchased a screen protector which was NOT DONE PROPERLY. Many dust particles stuck in between. Terrible. $45 for a screen protector and can't do it right 🙄 Would give 0 stars but 1 star for the guys who redid it for me.

Absolute worst experience ever! None of the team have any idea about the products or functionalities. No service for existing customers that bought a flagship product (fold7 @ $2,000) either. This would have NEVER happened at Apple.

Not a large corner shop. Everything was tidy. Yet there was no sense of welcoming when you enter the shop. I purchased an item, the entire process is rather poker face. Samsung still a long way to go in comparing with Apple

Sadly lacking in terms of service and credibility. A group of poorly groomed teenagers, who came across as temporary retail staff, probably earning extra pocket money during school holidays... the bunch of them were huddled so closely together, busy gossiping away - no social distancing being practiced in store by these staff themselves even though covid measures are certainly still mandatory during this period. I simply couldn’t believe my eyes and ears that this is the Samsung showroom at 313! I had requested for ear buds to be sanitized so that I could pair it with my phone to try them out. One of the staff simply took out an alcohol swab & passed it to me, then turned away to continue gossiping. Pairing with our phones are not allowed because all ear buds on display were paired by default to other Samsung phones on display too. Ear buds on display were spoilt anyway, questioning its product durability. What a shame! After what we have observed within this showroom, we decided to pass over Samsung products for good. The Samsung experience at their 313 outlet was certainly a very poor one. Poorly managed. Not recommended.
